Configure Zoho Finance Suite Integration
To integrate Zoho Finance Suite with your Vertical CRM application:
1. Log in to the Vertical CRM application.
2. Navigate to Setup > Marketplace > Zoho and click Setup now for Zoho Finance Suite.
3. Click Get Started.
4. Enter the Email Address and the ZSC Key click Next.
You can find the Email Address and the ZSC Key from Zoho Books. Log in to Zoho Books and navigate to Settings > Integrations > Zoho Books ZSC Key and click Generate Now for Zoho Books ZSC Key.
5. Select an Organization and click Next.
6. Select Invoice, Estimate, Sales Order and Purchase Order checkbox to include the modules Invoices, Estimates, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders in your Vertical CRM application.
Note: Estimates will be displayed under Zoho Finance tab.
7. Activate the Synchronization Settings.
8. In What would you like to do in Zoho Books based on a Deal's stage? set the triggers for Estimates or Invoices in Zoho Books.
9. Choose the option What would you like to do with the Zoho CRM's native inventory modules? to hide or display Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices and Purchase Orders modules outside Zoho Finance tab.
10. Click Save.
Synchronization Settings
The data synchronization between the Vertical CRM modules and the Zoho Finance Suite is carried out based on the following user settings:
Accounts & its contacts
- Which modules need to be synchronized with Zoho Finance Suite's Contact?: Choose the modules from your Vertical CRM that should be synced with the modules in Zoho Finance Suite.
- Which records need to be synchronized?: Select a view from which to fetch the accounts and contacts from Vertical CRM.
- What needs to be done on Zoho Finance Suite's contact when the same record is modified on both sides?: Specify how the duplicate records will be managed while syncing the data between Vertical CRM and Zoho Finance Suite. The options available are Clone, Overwrite, and Skip.
- Map Fields: Map the fields in Vertical CRM fields to fields in Zoho Finance Suite. After any changes are made, click Done.
Vendors
- Which records need to be synchronized?: Select a view from which to fetch the Vendors from Vertical CRM.
- What needs to be done on Zoho Books's vendor when the same record is modified on both sides?: Specify how the duplicate records will be managed while syncing the data between Vertical CRM and Books. The options available are Clone, Overwrite, and Skip.
- Map Fields: Map the fields in Vertical CRM fields to fields in Books. After any changes are made, click Done.
Products
- What needs to be done on Zoho Books's item when the same record is modified on both sides?: Specify how the duplicate records will be managed while syncing the data between Vertical CRM and Books. The options available are Clone, Overwrite, and Skip.
- Map Fields: Map the fields in Vertical CRM fields to fields in Books. After any changes are made, click Done.
