Managing Analytics

Analytics provides valuable insights into customers' actions at every step when they engage with your business. It answers questions like how customers find you, the actions they take after seeing your business, whether they call, or if they prefer clicking on your website. This in-depth and accurate data helps you make strategic decisions.
Note:
To access business info, navigate to Home > Business group > Business > Analytics.

Insights into Google Business Profile

There are six components to help you understand the customer behavior.
Note:
Icons have the following functions:
  1. Click the icon to add the respective section to the dashboard
  2. Click the icon (on the left) to view data for the Last quarter, Last month, Last week, or select custom dates
  3. Click the icon (on the right) to choose your preferred graphical representation of data

Impressions
display the number of times your business is shown on a search result page. Furthermore, you can identify where the searches have taken place: Desktop Map, Desktop Search, Mobile Map, and Mobile Search.

Conversions showcase the number of customers who engaged with your business through Google Business Profile messages. Understanding these interactions helps optimize communication strategies for better customer engagement and satisfaction.



Phone Calls display the number of times customers called your business through the mobile number listed on Google Business Profile. Tracking this information is vital, as phone calls provide an opportunity for direct engagement, capturing customers' undivided attention.

Website Clicks indicate the number of times customers visited your business website through Google Business Profile. More clicks imply increased opportunities for conversion rates, sales, brand awareness, and lead generation.



Map Clicks indicate the number of times customers clicked the 'Directions' button. This suggests that they are interested in finding your exact location, understanding the driving route, and assessing the accessibility of your business.

Search Keyword Impressions analyzes the top keywords customers use to discover your business. This insight helps you plan your SEO strategy. It also aids in understanding current marketing trends and focusing your content on relevant topics and keywords that your audience is searching for.

Insights on Search Keyword Impressions will only be shown for the last quarter.
