Why can’t my affiliate sign in to their portal?

A common reason for this issue might be that the affiliate attempted to log in to the portal using the common login link before accepting the portal invitation.

The "portal invite" is an email containing the invitation to the affiliate's portal, which is sent following the welcome email, provided the registered affiliate is an independent addition and not a part of any other brand’s program hosted on the same account.

This can be fixed by accepting the portal invite, setting up the portal, then signing in.
