Payment Gateway

Managing affiliate payouts the traditional way can become quite stressful. To make this process easy and hassle free, Zoho Thrive has integrated with the payment gateway, PayPal.

You must have a verified PayPal Business account in order to proceed with the integration process.

If you already have a verified Business account,

Go to https://www.paypal.com/bizsignup/#/checkAccount
Enter your login credentials and follow the steps below.

Steps to integrate with your PayPal account:

In the navigation menu, click the icon
Select Payment Integrations.

Choose Paypal and click Connect.

Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and Reference Name (any name of your choice).

To get your PayPal Client ID, Client Secret,

Go to https://developer.paypal.com/home
In the top-right corner, click Log in to dashboard.

Enter your Paypal credentials and click Log in.
In the sidebar, click Dashboard > My Apps and Credentials > Live
Under REST API apps, click Create App.

Under Application Details, enter your preferable App Name and click Create App.
Once the app is created, you will be able to view your Client ID and Client Secret.

Click Connect and your PayPal account will be integrated with Zoho Thrive.

Client ID, Client Secret and Reference Name can be modified at anytime, by simply clicking Edit and making the necessary changes.

In order to send payouts to affiliates, Payouts permission must be enabled.

To enable this permission, US merchants can perform either of the following actions:

Contact your account manager or PayPal customer support.
Enable payouts from My Account as follows:

Log into the Paypal Developer dashboard and go to My Account > Permissions.
Under Permission name, locate Payouts and click Enable.
This action will trigger a form. Complete it and click Submit.
When your request is approved, you will receive an email from a PayPal representative.

Non-US merchants need to contact their account manager or PayPal customer support.
