Edit imported HTML
I imported an HTML template and now can't seem to find a way to edit it. Is there no editing feature for imported HTML's? That might be a deal breaker. Also, can you save the imported html template to your library?
Delay time for autoresponder send?
I have an autoresponder that should send an email when new contacts are imported into associated list. I'm wondering why the email isn't sent immediately upon importation? Is there anything I can do to trigger the send? If not, about how long should it take for the autoresponder to execute?
How can I customize the optin confirmation email?
Can I adjust the colors of the optin confirmation email? They are hideous... Also, is there a way of shortening the link that appears below the confirmation button? It makes the email look very sloppy, and the disclaimer at the bottom is kind of harsh and it seems out of place when you consider people are confirming, I would like to edit it. Thanks!
Does a new subscriber get optin confirmation email if autoresponder is set upon subscribing?
I'm setting up a campaign where I want the first email to be sent when a new subscriber sends the form. Do they still get the optin confirmation email? If so, is the first autoresponder email sent after they confirm? Thanks!
Names from A/B test
We recently conducted a campaign where we did an A/B test to 30% of the names, then sent the winning version of the email to the remaining 70%. For the main mailing we were able to see the names of who clicked through. But I can't find that information for the A/B test. I see the numbers but not the actual names and emails. Is that saved anywhere? Thanks. David

Campaigns not syncing with "Opportunities" Module
I followed the steps here to sync opportunities/potentials: https://www.zoho.com/campaigns/help/kbase/sync-with-crm.html Go to Contacts --> Sync Contacts. In Sync Details, select Contacts from the drop-down menu. Choose the Criteria option and select the check box related to Potentials Fields. Now, set the conditions by selecting the Potentials and filter the records from the Potentials tab. And it simply does not work. I tried another with different criteria and it still will not sync. Will a subscriber in two lists receive two newsletters? ANSWERED
Hello, If a subscriber is in more than one mailing list and I send a newsletter campaign to all mailing lists will the subscriber get more than one copy of the newsletter? Hope this makes sense. Using Campaigns API to sync contacts
Greetings, we have a list of partners (+30 000) we would like to upload and synchronise into a Zoho Campaigns list, in order to let our marketing service create custom segments and new campaigns from it. We first thought we would be able to use your Zoho Campaigns API to perform this : daily upload and sync contacts to a special list they would use. But the action "addlistsubscribersinbulk" limits the number of uploaded contacts to 10 ! Email ID (*emailids) parameter: Provide maximum of ten (10)
Why no chat for paid Campaigns users?
I used to use Constant Contact for my email marketing, but wanted the integration features and to save $ so I switched to Campaigns as part of the CRM Plus upgrade. The bad news is the templates are limited, editor for templates is not that intuitive and when you get stuck you are left on your own to figure it out. Creating a campaign takes me at least 4 to 5 times longer. So I have to ask, Why no chat help at least for paid users?

Delayed Emails due to Review Process Issue
My organization has decided to use ZOHO to send out customer notifications for time sensitive updates. On Friday we had to send out our first notice to partners that our servers were going to be down starting in 2 hours. Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to use CSS media query in the Zoho campaign email templates. I've tried to add it via the HTML editor, but everything between the style tag was removed by the system. We need this because more than 50% of our clients are reading email in their smartphone. I am trying to create an automated email drip campaign for new leads inputted into Zoho CRM. So the flow is as follows: Sales person adds lead to Zoho CRM Zoho CRM and Campaigns sync leads to the mailing list Each NEW lead that is added in the sync should get the first email in the drip campaign and each subsequent email thereafter Will each new person that is synced to the campaign list be interpreted by Campaigns as a new subscriber? Contact Synch - ZSC key error
I am trying to Synch Contact with my Campaigns. However when I click the link "Click here to generate ZSC key" a new tab opens but the screen keeps showing "please wait" and nothing ever seems to happen. I have tried rebooting my laptop and logging out & back in but without success. Any ides or suggestions on how to resolve the problem?

How can I get anyone who opts out/unsubscribes to be marked in CRM and never added to an email list again or unable to by synced to our email lists?
two column email displaying wrong in test
I have used a template toe create a two column email however when I run the test HTML the columns no longer appear side by side and my header no longer spans both columns. Email Opt-out Sync Between CRM and Campaigns
Hi, I just wanted to confirm that if I do a sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns that leads or contacts marked "Email Opt Out" in CRM will be added to the do not mail list in Campaigns. Sometimes our sales people get do not contact requests, and they are trained to update CRM but not Campaigns, so an automated sync would reduce possible errors. Thanks
CRM Forms not working in IE11
Our form on this page -- http://istart.com.au/subscribe/ doesn't work in IE11. Seems fine in Chrome and Firefox. You can populate the text boxes, but the submit button doesn't do anything. Any ideas what we can do to make it work in IE, but not compromise Chrome and Firefox? Many thanks JK
Cannot access my email campaigns
I have successfully logged in but cannot access the email campaign that I set up yesterday and wanted to finish editing/send out today. The only pages that appear are very generic and 'salesy', as though my account has expired but it hasn't. I am definitely logged in and can access both my personal dashboard and company CRM page. I just can't access the normal Campaign page (where I usually head to see all our library of contacts and past email campaigns etc.). This is VERY frustrating and inconvenient.

Zoho CRM with 2 campaings accounts
Hi, A colleague that now doesn't work in my company created our ZOHO CRM account. When he created the ZOHO CAMPAINGS accoun I think he did in the wrong way because we have 3 users in the CRM but 2 accounts in campaings with two different users in each one. I tried to merge the two campaings accounts but I wasn't been able to do that. How can I know which CAMPAING account is the one linked to the CRM? How can I merge correctly the two CAMPAING accounts and link the resulting one to the CRM? Thanks

How would I move a lead that has been converted to a contact from one list to anther if this lead has already been moved from their source list by using a workflow? Moving a lead from one list to another with a field change in Zoho CRM
I have been trying to figure out how to move a lead from one list to another using a field change as a trigger in Zoho CRM. I have been using workflows for this and have found that the workflow will not be triggered when changing an existing field that has already been synced to campaigns. I did however find that the workflow will trigger if a new field is synced to the campaign, Am I correct here?

Hello, in the default (Business) Design Templates by Zoho Campaigns, does there exist RD or Multiscreen Templates which are optimized for Desktop and Mobile Devices? If not, is there something like a workaround: e.g. the user can switch between a Mobile optimized Version or a Desktop optimized Version of the Newsletter, depending on what device is being used. Scheduling a series of six emails.
I am trying to work out how best to send out a series of six emails over a two week period on a regular basis. Essentially I have series of classes that new members of ours attend on a Mon, We'd and Fri for two weeks which I was hoping to use Zoho Campaigns to send a email the evening of them completing each learning class. I'm not sure what is the best way to go about this using Autoresponders in Zoho Campaigns. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Darryl
Not able to sort messages by sending time
I am having trouble sorting messages in my auto responder sequence. I am using the "sort by" option and changed back and forth between "created time" and "sending time." I cannot get it to show the messages in order from the time they are to be sent out. They are completely out of order. "2 months after joining list" is showing up above "6 days after joining list" etc. What am I missing here?
