CRM & Campaigns - Reporting different results of e-mail blast
We performed an campaign/e-mail blast on 12-03-2014. We had a number of bounced e-mails reported in Campaigns. However, in CRM, the campaign/e-mail blast is reported as SENT, not BOUNCED on the contact info. I'm not sure how to reconcile this. How do I know what to fix on the e-mails/contacts within CRM?
Error message: This email address XXX@YYY.com has been found to be in an inactive state in QQQ organization.
We are testing Zoho Campaigns, and we are experiencing users getting this error message when they try to use the Sign-Up form. It is not the case that these emails are in an inactive state. Can someone explain why this is happening?
Can an Autoresponder be Renamed?

Error when trying to add new Creator Sync
When I select "Creator" from the list, then "Proceed". I see the error message in the attached picture. I have already associated my creator account.
Can't add link
I am trying to create a campaign using the html email editor. I go to insert a link (I want to track which of the email recipients clicks the link) but when I click the "Insert a Link" button on the html email editor and the small dialog box comes up asking me for the link address, the address I enter does not save. No link is created. I have tried both the full web address including the http part and the partial address, just the www part but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Any ideas? Eric

The email campaign is saying I need to add a domain email, but I am. It shows my email address in the dropdown list to select it, but it does not allow the campaign to be saved with that email selected.

Hi there, Just started using Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Whilst I'm new to Zoho I have spent a fair amount of time trying to work stuff out but I'm stuck here. Autoresponder - date-based using account custom field with datetime
Hi, We sync Zoho CRM contacts and include a product use completion date in the Account information, which is synced to contacts in Zoho Campaigns. We would like to set up a date-based autoresponder that emails them reminding them to try out a follow-up product, say, 30 days after we know they used the first product. When I try to create an autoresponder, though, it looks like only datetime fields from Contact Custom Fields can be used, not Account Custom Fields. Is there any way to use Account Custom
The images are not displayed correctly in my campaing
Hi! When I do the pretest to send my campaign I see misconfigured images in outlook, if I open it in gmail looks correctly but whenever I open the mail in outlook images are resized and are very large and fuzzy. What is the solution to ensure my customers could see the e-mail correctly? I had already sent campaigns before and never had this problem. This is how I see the email campaign. Single email resend from campaign?
Sometimes when I follow up with telephone calls to people who opened or clicked on the email, I am asked if I could send the email again. Can I? It would be great to have a feature in Campaigns when reviewing Opened or Clicked recipients, to simply send the email again to that person.

Zoho not saving my changes to plain text emails
When Zoho automatically generates plain text versions of my email camapigns, there are MANY extra line spaces. I have manually gone in -- twice -- to edit the plain text email. Then I SAVE my work. However Zoho -- each time -- reverts to its own automatically generated plain text emails and does NOT use my saved version in my test emails. WHy?
Mailinblack users flagged as delivered mail
Hello, some of my subscribers uses mailinblack services to prevent spam. In order to send them a message i have to fill a form with a captcha to be white-listed. If i am not white-listed i receive an-auto response with a link to the form. I sent my first campaign and i am very surprised that subscribers using mailinblack appear with a "delivered" statud and not with an auto-response status. How does zoho campaigne deal with that? are messages really delivered as tagged in my campaign follow up?

Setting Email Based Action in Autoresponder
Hi. I currently have an autoresponder set up to deliver an email when a lead signs up to be on our email list. If the lead does not open the email with 48 hours, I want to send another version of the email. I am unsure how to set this up. Do I create a follow up message in the sign-up autoresponder and then configure the Send Settings after the email is reviewed? (I can't see what options are available in the Send Settings before submitting the email for review and so don't know if this is possible).
Zoho claims emails were delivered, but none were received.
I've sent three test emails for a campaign. All three are marked as "100% Delivered" but I received nothing. Checked the spam/junk folders, etc. Nothing is going through. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Salutation missing in Zoho Campaigns
Please add the Salutation field to Zoho Campaigns so that it can be synced with Zoho CRM. I recently attended the Zoholics conference and am very interested in Zoho Campaigns, however when I tried out the software I found that the Salutation field is missing, which is a significant oversight. We sell B2B to clients all over Europe and our clients like to be addressed in a formal manner. We cannot use Zoho Campaigns until this field has been added and can be synced with Zoho CRM.

I am wanting to set up a mailing list based on a custom field that we use in our CRM accounts. This field classifies our accounts by whether they are current, resellers, past customers etc. I would like to be able to email all the contacts under a specified account type. HOW can I do this since you only permit syncs to happen with the contacts & leads modules?

Campaigns slow - Fetching weblinks
Anyone else experiencing a very slow Zoho Campaigns today? It's particularly slow for me when loading social media campaigns. When fetching content from a weblink, it's extremely slow while fetching, only to result in the pop-up Cannot fetch content for given URL. Jade

When reviewing the template before selecting it, I viewed it in different sized browser windows to inspect its responsiveness to different screen sizes. I noticed two sizes and a bug. Hi, I just love the Segments feature of Campaigns. We do business in several languages, and with Segments I can use the right language according to which website language they were using when they contacted us. When you develop this functionality further, please consider the possibility of creating subsets that are ANDs and ORs of lists and segments, i.e. a third level of abstraction. Recipient activity: 'opened' the email
For a recipient to show up in the 'opened' category of Zoho Campaign's 'Recipient Activity' does that mean they had to actually open the email itself, or does it mean that their cursor may have landed on the email in their inbox if they were just scrolling through the emails in their inbox? Thanks
