Preview documents more clearly

You can now preview attachments in Cliq chats before sending them. Additionally, document previews now support distinct thumbnails for images and PDFs, image rotation and zooming for an enhanced viewing experience. (Available on Mac only) 

Sign in with greater flexibility

Smart sign-in, federated accounts, and web browser–based sign-ins are now supported, giving you more flexibility and convenience when you’re logging into Trident. (Available on Mac and Windows) 

Deliver quarantined emails

Organization admins can now review and act on quarantined emails directly within Trident. From the quarantined email notification, admins can choose to deliver the email to the intended recipient after reviewing it, reducing turnaround time. (Available on Windows only)

Admins can now restrict the creation of new password categories to maintain a cleaner, more consistent organization-wide structure. Enhance security hygiene by preventing users from recycling old passwords. Admins can now block the reuse of previous passwords during resets, ensuring that every update effectively strengthens your organization’s security posture.

With Custom Functions, you can build and run scripts using the Deluge scripting language to handle complex actions or link WorkDrive workflows to other Zoho and third-party applications. Connections make this integration seamless by using secure OAuth 2.0 authentication, allowing your workflows to access external APIs without manual token setup.
