【Zoho CRM】キオスク機能の紹介

さて今回は、Zoho CRM アップデート情報の中から以下を取り上げます。

◆キオスク機能とは?
特定の処理を行うための専用画面(キオスク)をノーコードで作成できる機能です。自社の業務プロセスにあわせた画面の表示、タブをまたいだ処理などが可能です。

◆キオスク機能の特徴は?
Zoho CRM で似たようなことができる機能は他にもありますが、キオスクの特徴は以下を合わせたものだと感じています。

 CRM のさまざまな画面から、キオスクを呼び出せる
 作成したアプリは、詳細画面だけでなく、ビューの一覧画面、ホーム画面などさまざまな場所に置くことができます。
 
 キオスク専用の項目を作成できる
 キオスクで処理を行うためのアプリ内だけの項目を作成でき、その項目値をもとに処理を行うことができます。
 ※CRM組織として新しく項目は作成されません。
 

 タブを横断したデータの取得や処理ができる
 他のタブのデータを取得できたり、複数のタブにおける処理を設定できます。
