Community Digest: Samenvatting van September 2021



Beste Community leden,

We gaan alweer het laatste kwartaal in! De maand September is razendsnel voorbij gegaan en we hebben er veel nieuwe community leden en contributors bij gekregen. Allereerst heten wij alle nieuwe community leden van harte welkom! In deze Community Digest kijken we terug op de afgelopen maand.

Aan het begin van deze maand zijn we begonnen met onze tips&tricks serie voor CRM, waarbij we een overzicht gaven van de Top 10 Zoho CRM Integraties. Naar aanleiding hiervan kwamen er een aantal handige vragen en opmerkingen naar voren.

Naast Zoho CRM kwam ook het eerste tips&tricks artikel voor Zoho Desk uit, waarbij de verschillende communicatiekanalen aan het licht werden gebracht om de juiste kanalen te kiezen voor jouw klantenservice. Onze community leden hebben hun ervaringen gedeeld over onder andere de live chat en de IVR configuratie.

Op 24 september heeft ons team een uitstapje mogen maken naar België om aan tafel te zitten met Filip Van De Veire (CIO bij Transport Michiels) en Hans Conings (Partner bij Aziri). De experts kwamen samen om de digitalisering in de logistiek te bespreken.

Elke maand zullen wij een app uit Zoho One onder de aandacht brengen, zodat jullie dit besturingssysteem nog beter kunnen inzetten. Voor Zoho Bookings hebben wij een artikel geschreven over Jouw online boekingssysteem in 5 stappen!

Zoals jullie weten hebben wij onze eerste Online Meetup gepland staan voor de Zoho Dutch Community. We kijken ernaar uit om jullie beter te leren kennen!

Om jullie beter te kunnen helpen horen we graag over welke producten jullie meer tips&tricks willen lezen. Laat het ons zo snel mogelijk weten in de opmerkingen en dan staan wij volgende maand weer klaar met tips&tricks voor jullie favoriete Zoho apps.
