How It Works:
It's easy to get started using Gamescope. All an admin has to do is turn the feature 'on' and every user can access it. Users can participate as an individual or as teams. For individuals, there are milestones that are time-centric and refreshed everyday based on completion of sales activities, through which badges are won; the same activities can take on a competitive edge when users play the game among friends or teams to win games and trophies. The admin can tailor the games to suit their business workflows by customizing the game metrics.
Depending on what kinds of games are played, users can earn two different kinds of awards: trophies and badges
Trophies - Trophies are awarded based on sales activities, such as lead conversion, deal closure, task completion, and so on. You can configure trophies by assigning a sales activity, the criteria to be met in order for a person to win the trophy, and the number of points that the trophy is worth.
Badges - A badge is an award you get for completing a milestone with a specified target number. They are game-independent rewards. To win a badge, the user need not be a part of any game. Badges are time-specific rewards awarded to users who achieve certain goals within the allotted time.
