I know similar questions have been asked, but some are very outdated and others didn't answer my question.
My question is:
Does the ZOHO smartphone app automatically sync offline entries (entries made without a wifi or cellular data)?
I have tested this and it appears it does not do this automatically:
Create data in offline app, then close app and open wifi = no auto sync
Create data in offline app, then close app, open wifi, and open app again = no auto sync
Create data in offline app, then close app, open wifi, open app again, open individual entry manually = syncs
If a sales person was without a data connection for whatever reason and made 10 entries, they'd have to manually go through each of the 10 previous entries a second time to get it to sync. That doesn't seem user friendly.
If there is a setting that needs to be changed or a better way of doing it, please advise.
