Zoho Meeting for Zoho Projects
Conduct live meetings instantly or schedule meetings with your team using this extension . You have to integrate your Zoho Meetings account with your Zoho Projects account to access this extension. You can find the extension on the right-hand panel inside a task's details page.

Initiate a live meeting with all the collaborators of a specific task.
Schedule a meeting for the task without leaving the task details page.
Invite other participants who are not a part of the task for the meeting.
Access the recordings of the meeting from your Zoho Projects account.

GoToMeeting for Zoho Projects

Schedule and attend your GoToMeeting sessions from your Zoho Projects account with the help of this extension. You can find the extension on the tasks details page and the top navigation bar. The meetings can be scheduled as general as an organization or as specific as a task.

Key features of this extension

Schedule a meeting at the portal level or for a specific task whichever works best for you.
Manage your upcoming meetings of your GoToMeeting account from your Zoho Projects account.
Join a meeting any time using the meeting ID from your Zoho Projects account.

GoToWebinar for Zoho Projects

Share knowledge and brainstorm ways to resolve a task by conducting webinars from your Zoho Projects account with the help of this extension. You can find the extension on the task details page.

Key features of this extension

Schedule a webinar for a specific task right within the task's details page. You need not have to log in to your GotoWebinar account every time to do it.
Access the GoToWebinar links of a specific task from its comment section itself.
Manage the upcoming and past webinars from the tasks details page easily.
