Zoho Assist Mouse/Cursor not showing on video
Good morning, When I am using Zoho Assist and remote accessing a customer's computer, and recording our session, the cursor of the customer mouse does not appear on the video so I cannot see where he is clicking. Is there a setting or a way to fix this? Thank you
Unable to report abuse
A Windows support scammer called me and asked me to join a zoho session with ID 881151557. I attempted to report the session as abuse, but I was unable to proceed because the form would not accept my phone number. When I clicked "submit," the web page said "Enter valid phone number". I suspect that criminals are using zoho because they feel they get banned less quickly on the zoho platform. Please fix the "report abuse" form so these people can be reported and banned from your site.
Lost "View > Actual Size" Option
Just started testing Zoho Assist today and somehow, I have lost the ability to select the "actual size" option while remote controlling a machine with a higher resolution monitor than my local one. My old eyes need to see the smaller type when doing support.

Number of Technicians
Hi According to the purchase advisor there were unlimited number of devices/technicians for unatended access. When I attempt to add a technician I get the message that I reached my limit. I only have 7. The heading says 7 or unlimited used but it suggests I need to ungrade my plan to add more.
Assist unattended computer passwords
I have added computers and segmented them to a specifically named department as well as technicians to the created Department. My question is how do I control and allow technicians only into specific computers and not all computers. Is there a way to set up passwords for computers added for unattended assist or only allow them into a specific Department? Thank you Jerry

Hi I have been evaluating whether or not I want to continue using Zoho Assist as my remote software for customers. Its pretty well designed except for the join process. An exec should not have to be downloaded each time a repeat customer wants to join a remote session. This is a deal breaker for me because my customers expect not to have to do this each time. Not only is this a waste of resources, but its also a waste of time and adds a extra step that my customers need to go through to join a session
Switching to and from screen share during support session
I am in the trial period for Assist. Is it possible to switch from a remote support session to sharing my screen with a client? Or do I need to start another session? This is easily done in Zoom.
