Assign alphanumeric values to fields with Choices in Zoho Forms
Hello! We have this problem with our Forms - CRM integration. In choice fields, the choices get duplicated or triplicated in the CRM and do not match pre-defined options in the CRM because in the form, the options are: different languages and/or more explanation to helo the user selecting. Zoho Forms already lets you assign a value to this choices. It is a numeric value and it is used with calculations. It will be GREAT to be able to assign an alphanumeric value, thus when the Zoho CRM integration
Integrating CRM: When updating/creating record, how can I map the options selected to options pre-defined in CRM?
Dear All, I have made two forms in two different languages and I have integrated them with the CRM by mapping fields. So far, so good. The problem I am facing is that the form is adding the information to the record as it is and I can not find a way to map the sub-field options in the field. This is creating duplicate and tripled values becasue the option on the form is not exactly the same as the options in the CRM. How can I restrict moving to the next section when a mandatory field has not been completed?
Hello! I have many sections in a form and many mandatory fields. However, users are able to move forward to the next section without completing the mandatory field. This not only causes problems for rules and other automations, but also is a big headache when trying to submit the form. How can avoid this? I would like to restrict users to move forward if there is a mandatory field blank. Thanks! J.
Salesforce integration user ID cannot be changed
We need to change the Salesforce user ID when integrating with Zoho forms. Removing the integration and re-applying to any form - even a new one - does not allow us to use a different Salesforce user ID. Could someone from Zoho please help with this issue as it appears to be a fault at the Zoho end. Thanks.
Document Merge not working?
We use the document merge feature constantly during the day to prep reports for clients. Its not working today - tried different entries, tried different documents, tried to send it to different email address, checked spam - nothing. (For the past a month or two, we've been having random glitches: all of a sudden editing response via the email link stopped working and then started working again a couple of different times and now this)

Hello. We have a bunch of forms setup. We are able to specify the From, To, CC, Subject. How do we set the reply to? The notifications default the reply-to as the inbox it's going to (IE sales@ourcompany.com). Other forms I've used in the past let you specify the reply-to. We'd like to set it as the email address the person filled out the form with. I'm getting a "Failed to submit data. Please contact application owner." error message box when I try to test my forms in Creator. I been trying to contact support but don't get a received auto response or a reply back for a few days now. Doesn't anyone know what this means?... is it a technical issue, do I need to subscribe? Desk / Forms / Sign Integration
Hello We have an online form for customers to complete. We have enabled the integration between Zoho Forms and Zoho Sign which takes the customer straight to the esign document. Because you can only have 1 integration we are using Zapier to then create a ticket in Zoho Desk once the customer has submitted their form. Zoho Forms - Webhook Tests Successfully but does not upload file
Hello, I am utilizing a Zoho Form to execute a multipart/form-data Webhook. While it tests successfully. No files are actually uploaded in the process. I am utilizing PHP on the other end it works great on other forms where no file uploads are involved. The permission on the folder are fine but I am not sure how I can test what response is getting sent by the form. Any suggestions?

Allowing users to select a "Remember my Particulars" option in Zoho Forms.

We have a form, that I use in house (eg no customers use it ) that collect special instruction for personalising and a photo of the item to be worked on. All working fine. It will email, if we add email, inc attached pdf, etc. What I would like is... When the "submit" button is pressed, that we also send the pdf to our local printer, so we can physically attached a printed copy to the item. Is this possible? Hi, I have set-up a basic voting form for a photo competition and set to return IP address & Geo location but when I look at the forms completed these fields are not present? Zoho Forms to Zoho Desk Integration - File Uploads/Attachments?
Both Zoho Forms and Zoho Desk have the ability for a customer to upload/attach a file using a web form, and there is built-in integration from Zoho Forms to Zoho Desk, but the uploaded file in Zoho Forms does not make it over to Zoho Desk. Am I missing an integration step or configuration? Or is the integration between these two Zoho apps just not complete or seamless (yet)?

Hi, I just discovered a weird behavior in Zoho Forms. I send a Forms that is propulated with hidden data through field alias (picklist 1, "Type" and picklist 2, "Who do you want to speak with?") The link looks like: link?picklist1=sumthing&picklist2=something Picklist 1 is hidden. If it's option one, then it shows picklist 2. If it's option two, it hides picklist 2. Country List - Shortlist & Phone Numbers
Hello I am creating a form for our new customers where we require the address and the form. Most of our customers are in the UK or Ireland. I don't want to put either specifically as the default country because it will be offputting to people in the other. Error Message in zoho docs: The server has encountered an error
We have a spreadsheet in the zoho docs area. Only two collaborators on the sheet. We keep on getting a yellow line across the top of the spreadsheet that says "The server has encountered an error. Please try again later." While this error is up, I can still edit in the field, but I can't use any of the menu items. The spreadsheet is also agonizingly slow to edit and move. Is this a spreadsheet problem or a zoho problem? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I can't use Referrer Name in a form field or calculation
Thanks to Manish's help, I have now got the Referrer Name field to record the URL of the page that called up a form, e.g. https://domain/gated-content/?source=lbbo-department.
