Difference between CRM Lead & MH Lead
Hi there, I'd like your opinions on the best way to use both CRM & MarketingHub. For example, we have customers that sign up to our Newsletters to which we'd like to set an automated 'weekly email campaign' via MH...the question is: do we still load thisRSS email campaigns not working for me : Does anybody use them?
I have been having quite a time with RSS email campaigns from Zoho. Support keeps telling me its fixed but after weeks it keeps coming back with the same errors. It's been a bit of a back and forth. So I've just sent my first email campaign from Zoho Marketing Hub and it has auto created a campaign in Zoho CRM for me. It's got some really good stats which is great for the sales team to see. The email I sent linked to a webpage which contained a formZoho Marketing Hub emails going to spam despite authenticating my domain and setting up DKIM.
My emails are still going to spam despite following all the instructions provided by Zoho help. Please can you advise me on the next steps to resolve this? I also noticed that when my emails go to Yahoo addresses they are delayed by a number of hoursCRM Lead Creation - Mandatory Fields
Hi Team, We're encountering an issue when trying to set up a journey that ends with a lead being created in the CRM. We have a few mandatory fields in the standard Leads layout to control the information our sales team are entering. This seems to be stopping MH from creating the leads as the CRM is rejecting them due to those fields being blank in the MH data. The Journey report only shows the lead was skipped, however upon checking with Zoho Support they said it's because the fields required byCan we use Marketing Hub for a SaaS?

I love to be able to trigger a Journey via Webhook, but I would love to be able to provide custom parameters to the beginning of the journey. Greetings, We've noticed that when you add the url of a live form, on the selection pane (where you select/click a the form), the iframe fails to load. When we try shortening the url to a certain length, the iframe loads just fine. This is fine for most cases, but for SEO, we need to have the url/permalink of the page to be a certain length, to accomodate for the keywords on the link. Hello, I am able to see visitiors from different sources on my WebAssistant Dashboard, but I want to track leads from different sources such as Facebook, etc. When I choose "Led Gen" -> "Touchpoints" I can see the visitors but all my leads are being marked like direct source regardless from were they come from. Hi, I am trying to promote some ebooks in an email signature campaign. The first problem I have is I paste a URL and I continually get an error. Right now, my account (marketing lead) is the only account available in the "CRM Account" pull-down for setting up "push to CRM" in both the automation setup for forms, and in CRM actions in journeys. Every time I add a new form, I have to go through the long process of mapping every field in the same way I did for every other form, when setting up a push to CRM. Even obvious fields with the same name between form data and CRM fields aren't automatically mapped -- with is irritating. Hello, I think there is a bug with Marketing Hub Sync right now. I am trying to sync all of my contacts associated with an active account and when I go to map fields, it is pulling in fields from the Deals module instead. I have the criteria clearly checked as Contacts and Accounts... It's been doing this for over two weeks now with no change. Good day, I contacted Zoho Support to enable the toggle switch for opt in/double opt in. They did so graciously without any headache, but it was the time it took me to understand and look for this button and dig through forums to find out how to do this. Not 100% sure why it is a support function, but if it is to remain so I would suggest adding the toggle switch and then put a little * next to the toggle switch that says "Please contact support to enable this function.". Greetings! We've recently implemented Zoho Markethub into one of our websites and we've been loving it so far. We're having some problems with native forms and making it work with Market Hub, we can associate the forms but whenever we click submit (on our case, "register"). it displays an error on the console(See attached image).
