My CRM field/module/tab customizations are not visible in Motivator

Motivator currently does not automatically sync module and field customizations in CRM. A Users/Modules/Fields sync has to be triggered in Motivator, for the customizations to reflect in Motivator.

Steps:
1. Click on the user profile image on the top right corner
2. Choose Settings from the drop down menu. You will be taken to the Settings page
3. Choose CRM SYNC from the drop down menu on the top left
4. Click on RE-SYNC USERS/MODULES/FIELDS button
