Zoho CRM - Google Contacts sync - multiple list sync setup
I have the Zoho CRm and Google contacts sync working - however I have a number of views within Zoho CRM that get changed regularly - what I would like to do is setup syncs from those views to groups within my Google contacts on a regular basis. I know this can be done automatically, however it seems as though you can only have one sync from one view setup at any one time. Is it possible to setup multiple 'view to groups' automatic syncs?
Web forms - CRM
I am using CRM and Recruit. The Web to candidate embedded form looks and behaves like the original form in Recruit - 2 column. In CRM, however, this is not the case. I would like my web to contact/lead in CRM to be similar format to my web to candidate in Recruit. Is this a possibility?
New mails unread with Mail plugin in Zoho CRM
Dear team, We have the Mail plugin activated with Zoho CRM. We are linking it with Zoho Mail. Since Monday, I am noticing the numbers that are showing up next to the Mail icon. This is a nice feature. However, I have noticed that even though I have already read my emails on Zoho Mail, the numbers do not decrease in Zoho CRM. Help getting Zoho Mail | Mail Addon working properly
Hi I'm a recent Zoho CRM customer and just purchased the add-on to integrate my Mac Mail IMAP account. Performed set-up (for my name@owndomain.co.nz) and can now see my Mac inbox appearing in my Zoho mail account. Cannot however send from my @owndomain.co.nz when in a module; contacts etc. When emailing from soho mail cannot see my contacts within address book. Something not working - have been trawling set-up etc. Don't know what's going wrong? Help please. Brett

Mass email not respecting custom smtp settings from Mail Addon.
I have the Zoho Mail addon set to use my custom smtp for tracking and auditing purposes. When I send an individual email through the CRM interface, it respects my Mail custom SMTP setting. But when I send a mass email using an email template, it is sent from Zoho's email server. Can you please change this? Thanks, David
Unable to Sync
I am receiving the following error in Google when trying to sync with Zoho CRM: "You do not have permission to access Zoho CRM. Please contact your administrator." I have contacted my administrator and we are unable to troubleshoot the issue. Will someone please help?

Select only certain Gmail for Zoho CRM import using Zoho Mail Add on
Please can anyone help. Is it possible to manually select or pre-filter based on labels the actual Gmails that are brought into Zoho CRM via the Zoho Mail Add On. Simply put, I don't want all my Gmails in Zoho but the Zoho Mail Add On brings them all in as soon as a match is made based on a contact e-mail address. I don't want to manually delete the emails from Zoho CRM. Help!

Hello, I am getting error- 500 while using webhooks from Zoho CRM to Zoho Creator for two fields only. I am using authToken, scope and zc_ownername parameter and also did setting of XmlString. ZOHO CRM iOS App: Accounts on Server vs. Device
When I open Zoho CRM, not all of my Accounts are listed. However, if I scroll to the top of the Accounts, enter an Account in the search box, then select the Server option I am able to find said Account. Is there a way to have all Accounts loaded in the Zoho app by default? The workaround is very cumbersome for a sales force with many Accounts to manage.

I use Microsoft outlook. I've installed the plugin for zoho. I "sync" my tasks and calendar. Both upload to zoho's web interface. However, when viewing each from the website, there's no available option to assign them to an account. Am I missing something?

Can't see account name in iphone app potentials
I have many potentials that are the same name because customers are considering buying the same products, however when on my iphone app all i can see is the potential name, meaning i either have to add the account name to the front of the potential name or click through each potential until I find the right one. Adding the account name to the front solves the problem on the iphone but creates a really clustered potentials tab on the web browser. Is there any other solution to this? Thanks

I have signed up to try the CRM, I want to look at the Google apps integration yet I cannot add any of the gadgets. I have enabled the labs tool and pasted in the open social urls provided all come back saying Invalid gadget specification. Ensure that URL is correct and the gadget does not contain errors. I am an enterprise user of Zoho CRM and want to be able to sent emails from the CRM using my regular email address user@mydomain.com not the address zoho mail assigned me user@zoho.com as the reply address.
