I've been using ZohoCRM with the Mail Add-on since it came out. I use Google Apps Mail mostly for my email work, calendar, etc. But, I'm finding it very hard to manage both my GoogleMail and my ZohoMail account, since I need to pull copies of mail from Gmail into ZohoMail to create a mail log for Contacts and Leads in CRM. So, basically I have copies of mail in both places (Ug). Although this isn't ideal, it still gets me an email trail inside of ZohoCRM. But, here's my real issue: I decided

Hey - Is there a way to default "show all" mail in Zoho? I can select "Sent Emails from CRM" or the emails from particular users - but not "all".
CRM and Contacts
How do users view their contacts on mobile devices? I have 800 contacts and can't view them on an iPhone or iPad unless I log into the desktop PC version on my iPad. I think it's absolutely crazy that contacts can't be synced with CRM!! This basically means I need to migrate the contacts to CRM but is there a way to sync CRM with google contacts so I can use Plaxo to sync google contacts with an outlook system for my employer?

Will there be an iPad app that is more powerful than the iPhone app? The iPad does a great job navigating the website, but an app would be ideal. There are a couple of editing features that are not as smooth as they could be and there is some Flash on the website version that is not compatible with the iPad.
My Zoho mail contacts are empty. I need my CRM contacts in there.
How do I go about linking the the mail add-on with my CRM contacts? I cannot export the full .csv file from Zoho CRM as there are more than 3000 contacts, and I cannot import anything larger than 1 Mb into my Zoho mail contacts. What do I do?

Zoho Creator "ticket" creation for CRM is idiotic. Really there must be a better way
According to this page, your so called "integration" with Creator requires that a "Ticket" be recreated every 7 days. First, in general the concept of the Ticket expiry is a pain in the ass. But to force that requirement into the webhooks integration? That would mean that I'd have to manually generate a ticket and update my workflows every 7 days. For each user?!?!?!?! Oh sure, I could create an app in Creator to automate the ticket generation, but there is no way to update CRM with whatever that
Assign Primary Contact in Zoho CRM
Hi In Zoho Invoice you can assign one of the contacts on an Account to being the "Primary Contact". But there doesn't seem to be an equivalent in Zoho CRM? Can one be put in and have this synchronised with Zoho Invoice? Thanks Gene

I upgraded to the professional ver. and added ZOHO mail add-on and Outlook add-on. The mail program does not have my CRM contacts in it, why? It seems like it does not communicate with CRM at all. If it does not, I will not be keeping the ZOHO Mail add-on. How do I fully integrate my ZOHO Mail with my ZOHO CRM?

Zoho CRM, android Application, needs to organize leads chronologically, not alphabetically
This is imperative because, if I add three new leads and assign them to a sales rep, who is on the road, and they pull up leads, they don't know the names of the people, and if they have 30 leads in their queue, how are they going to know who is the new lead? This is something that needs to be corrected immediately, otherwise the app I am paying for to use each month with my employees is useless...

Hi! I've been *very* frustrated with the Workflow in CRM. It is useless for doing anything remotely sophisticated. Really, being able to create tasks or email? Woopy. The *power* of Zoho CRM would really come out as a platform to build great integrations by being able to do cross module field updates. And run calculations. I know i know, you said you're working on it. But I think you're missing something great. Zoho Creator is a swiss army knife that allows me to do *anything* very easily.

I would like to calculate commission from quotes as a % of GP. Can this be done. Can a formula be written that will draw data from custom fields in the product tab (eg cost) and from the quote tab (eg Price) giving GP which can then be used to calculate commission. Thanks Peter

CRM & QuickBooks Integration- Invoice Number
We're trying to connect our CRM with our QuickBooks information. We're having problems with the quote and invoice numbers though. Since we can't customize the Zoho default quote and invoice numbers (which are ridiculously long anyways), I created a new auto number field that will create the number in our format for both the quotes and invoices. I use the mail add-on to run 3 emails thru your CRM. I can see how to change the default email signature but where do I go to add an email signature to the other 2 emails? Each email is different so they need different signatures. How do I do that? Never mind. I finally saw the little button on the email that says settings. Your system isn't very intuitive.

Change Quote Template
I'm trying to change the font on the quote template to Arial, but each time I save, it reverts to Times New Roman. Also, at some point I was on a screen where I could choose some predefined templates. I can't find that screen now. any ideas?
