Migrating Custom Fields and Fields layout from Leads to Contacts
Hi, I've spent several hours in creating custom fields and layout for my Leads But when I convert them to Contacts I see the old fields layout Is there a way to copy or "migrate" my entire custom Fields setting from Leads to Contacts? Thanks, Vlad

I want to change the primary master email in accounts/profile settings but when I type new email with the different domain name I see the info - user ID already exists. What does it mean?
How to report on Events / Activities
We have sales execs entering client visits (on-site) in Zoho CRM as an Event. After the visit, sales execs record Notes against the Event, but we cannot get a report which shows the Event Date/Time, Client, ClientContact and any Notes related to that visit. Custom Notes reports allow us to pull out all notes but we cannot have Event detail included in the report. Custom Event reports allow us to report on date/time, client and contact, but we cannot show Notes from the visit. Any ideas?

New Business Enquiry report showing duplicated entries
Hi, I've created a new business enquiry report to show the leads and prospects created for the past month. Whilst most appear successfully on the report, some are showing in duplicate or triplicate. (Jon Druitt attached) I have re-created the report from scratch selecting the report to create based on New Business Enquiry Created Time, but still get these duplicates which distort the data. Why am I getting these and how do I stop them? Alex
email signature loosing pictures
I am having issues with my email signature. The images in my signature were working and appearing in my outgoing emails but now the signature has changed to a load of boxes. I dont know what has made this change to my signature in the users/permissions
Changing grouping in a report
Hi! If I change the grouping of a report (Zoho CRM report), the total changes.. Why? I am not changing filters, just grouping from months to years. Any ideas?
New Product to Quote
When we create a new product we put the product description in the details box. Then when we do a quote and print to PDF to send out, the description is coming up twice under the new product, we then have to go back into the new product delete the description and then print the quote PDF out. What are we doing wrong?

Can not see Setup > Apps & Add-on > Google Apps link
I am new to ZohoCRM. I am evaluating both type of users (google and google apps) I am trying to export/sync events to google calendar. I follow this for google user (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/activate-google-contacts-and-calendar.html) and this (https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/google-apps/export-events-to-google-calendar.html) for google apps users. In the both cases there is no "Google Apps link" in Setup > Apps & Add-on What am I doing wrong? Thank you

I have created a report the return all the quotations that needs to be handled by my team. I setup custom field to set the target close date of each quot. Now I am trying to generate a report that will list all the quotation needs to handled grouped by the CLOSE DATE and subtotal the grand total of each such date. The result is a report with duplicated lines of the same quotation

Tasks and Activities not uploading ZOHO CRM
Good day, I've received several reports that some tasks and activities are not being uploaded when the team members/sales rep send them, I.E. if they send 9 tasks they only see 7. Is there a way I could check these reports where indeed uploaded and the CRM decided to delete them ? What's the workaround for this?

Signed up additional users. Invitations not reaching the new users.
Please help! I added two new users to our company account, but they have not received the invitation email. Verified that their emails are working properly, as they receive other work related emails find. Checked in Outlook and webmail. They are both working fine, but they cannot receive the invite from Zoho CRM.

How to have the same users and email in 2 different instances
We want two instances of CRM for two different small companies we operate. In each company there are different staff but the same 2 managers using the same email address. How do we setup two instances where the same user with same email address can use both instances. We dont want staff to see the other instance but we want the managers to use both.

Step by Step Lead Updates
Is there a way to find our how many times a lead was contacted within a certain time frame? Typically the team will get a lead, it will show in "CREATED TIME", then if they change one of the fields, the "MODIFIED TIME" changes. Then, if they do something else (Call for instance) and only leave notes...nothing shows up so on MODIFIED TIME. Is there a way to find out how many times a lead was contacted other than Created, Modified and Last Activity Times?
Problem importing events
Hi i tried importing a large file with events and during the import it stops. The notification is receive is "import failed abruptly". thought it was because of my document so i tried something else. I exported a single row from zoho and tried to import that event and the same error occured. Would you be so kind to help me out? i attached the file with the single event, you have to rename it to .csv Kindest regards.

How can I produce a list of contacts to email where the account meets a certain criteria. I have a set of account that belong to a group and this is indicated on the account record, I want to email contacts at these companies therefore the criteria for the search is the account record not the contact. I can email contacts from potentials but cannot see how to do this. Thank you in advance
Can't setup Private in Data Sharing Settings
Hi, I'm create Profile "Sales" and set "Private" in Data Sharing Settings. We have 4 user in "Sales" and it's working and User (Sales) can't share data (another owner). But today, User can see all data of another owner. They can see all and can edit Data Sharing Settings (same Administrator). This is Big Problem.
Permission Bug in Products
There is a permission bug in Products, may be its there in other modules but I found it in products only. The user who do not have permission to change the record owner... Can NOT change the product owner when the record is open BUT Can change the product owner from the product list, select the product >> more actions >> change owner (done) -- Seriously what is this?
Eliminating Duplicates
I see that it is possible to eliminate duplicates from certain views, such as leads. I cannot find a way to easily eliminate a duplicate account or contact. Is there a way to do this? Bob Leeds

Product Sell-in Dates
A feature that would assist our company is one that would track the date a product was added to an account. If in the Product view within the Account record we could see when that product was added to that account, that could help us track commissions and effectiveness of promotions, etc.
How to build a "Lead time to contact" report ?
We have leads coming from web forms and until someone take that lead into account and changes the status, it can take hours or even days. I would like to study in a graph the split per time period needed to answer. For example this would be: - answered in a day or less: 123 leads - answered in 1 day: 85 - 3 days: 52 - .... I'm trying to activate a BCC dropbox but cannot find this information anywhere in my account. I found the following instructions on how to set it up: Click Setup > Users & Permissions > Profiles. Email integration
Hi there - I am new to Zoho CRM (loving it so far!) but am wondering how you can set-up email such that when, for example, you click on a contact's email address, it will open your chosen email program (e.g., MS Outlook) to initiate communication. Under personal settings, I see you have the option to establish a Zoho mail account but not sure this is what I need to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks!
