can contacts be saved into seperate groups?
We have several websites that we want to manage through a CRM system but we want 1 main database with all contacts and then a seperate database for each website. So we need to be able save contacts into groups or folders can this be achieved in zoho? Thanks

Tax Calculation More Than 2 Decimal Places
Why is the automatic tax calculation displaying as more than 2 decimal places? How can I fix this? For example, let's say my order subtotal is $32.99 and my tax rate is 8.8%. Zoho CRM calculates the tax on this to be $2.903120000000001. It then enters that amount on my invoice/sales order instead of $2.91. See the attached screenshot for an example: Any ideas on how to fix this?
Email Templates keep crashing!!
So This just happened twice... I was creating an email template and started doing heavy edits once I pasted the text inside the template in zoho. I spent 2 hours on this and it fucking crashed when adding an image. I LOST EVERYTHING. I'm so sick of this unreliable piece of shit software. We have a business model that clients of ours sign up for a 1-year contract for a service we provide. How should the company field by used in Leads when the 'Company' is an individual?
[Edit] I previously referred to Enquiries since this is what we named them too, the original name was 'leads'. Hi, As a business we deal largely with individual and not companies, with this in mind how should we be dealing with the 'Company' field when adding new enquiries. It does not really apply yet is a required field. Is there anyway to stop this field being required? Jobs/Potentials in Account View: Separate Open & Closed
When in account view, the list of jobs can be quite long since the box is set to hold open & closed jobs/potentials. Is there a way to keep ONLY open jobs showing? Or would a separate box have to be created which would hold closed jobs/potentials.

Creating New Column ID's
In my Accounts tab, I want to be able to see more details about each account as it is listed and I also want to be able to organise my list of accounts by other options. Currently, I have Account Name, Phone Number and Website, all showing for each account and I can arrange my accounts by these 3 things. How do I add further options to this? I am new to Zoho CRM and am looking to either add or integrate a feature I am familiar with from a previous CRM/ Lead Management tool (Leads 360). Multiple Price Books for the same product
Hey zoho I've created 2 price books one for a direct sale to a customer and another for a sale to our distributor. I added the same products to both price books and when I go to create a sale both price books show up but I can only click on the first price book that I created. The other I can click all I want but nothing happens. Do I need to have different products for different price books or is this just a problem with the system? Thanks for your time.

I am an insurance agent and looking for a way to use ZohoCRM to help track leads and customers (B2C). Unfortunately, I don't see a way to setup a "Customer" tab, and I also don't see a way to convert a "Potential" into a Client or Customer (Account)?

I think it would be great if we had the ability to email notes in cases (or other modules), so that we can forward them to Clients. Maybe this could be integrated with the Outlook Add-In? I use outlook for email and it would great if we could include the notes, maybe in a box, that could be included in an email to clients.

When we finalize a sale of our software services, we create a sales order. We then have a standardized set list of activities that are assigned to a team of four for various duties that have to be done in a certain order. Is there a report to track calls per shift or per hour?
I am trying to create a report that will track how many calls are being made per user per shift. I was thinking about creating a record or field where I could input the hours worked per person per day. This entry would then reflect on a report. Does anyone have a clue on how this might be accomplished? Or a work-around? Is there a report that could sum calls and also show another field? Is there a report that could also do the basic math (calls made/hours worked)?

Problem with saturday and sunday in personalized view
Hi, I have a clients personalized view where I can check the clients' packages that are arriving today (this info is taken from the day that they send me a package. All the packages are delivered the day after) I have a problem on mondays, because the view take the info of the pacakges that were sent on sunday. But there is no activity in saturdays or sundays. How can I do to make the friday packages appears to be delivered on monday. It should be fine to configure the holidays. Thanks!
How to make more than one info appear as one text box?
I'm new and when I set up CONTACTS, I noticed that First Name and Last Name was displayed as one under a a filed named Contact Name in the Business card view. I want to do the same with Mailing Address. I want to input Street, City, and Zip Code then in the Business Card View, it should just appear as Mailing Address with all the info there (Street, City, Zip)

Import tasks and activities ....PLEASE HELP
We are trying to import tasks using Data Administration Tools and have them assigned to the correct user. The problem here is that according to your help it says we must make sure the task is assigned to a user with the correct Zoho CRM ID and we are doing this correctly on our import file but the tasks all get assigned to me and no one else, this rule does not seem to be working. The only issue I can think of here is that our Zoho CRM ID's are email addresses as they are unique and maybe your system
Case Notes: It would be helpul to track dates of most recent Notes in the Case View
I would like to be able to track the last time we input a note for case, but I do not believe there is a way to do this. We can track the date fields in the module, but cannot view the note dates, or last note date. Is there a way to do this, or can this be added. It is needed to manage the follow up of our cases.
What's the best way to do this - Business cards and duplicate contacts
We go to several conferences a year and will typically collect 100+ business cards at each event. Many of the people will be contacts that are already in the system, while others will be brand new. We have a business card scanner that works well. When scanning the cards I can batch add notes and categories, so I typically will add a generic note like "met at such and such conference January 2011". The contacts are then synced to Outlook and imported into Zoho. This works great for new contacts,
Event Duration Display in Calendar Single Day View
Feature Request: Can you please change the single day calendar view to show the duration of an event, rather than just showing it at its start date? If an event lasts 4 hours it should show that event as blocked out across those 4 hours on the calendar like it does on every other calendar program I've ever seen. It is very difficult to use the Zoho CRM calendar view when it makes even full day appointments appear as if they only last 0.5 hours. Anyone else agree?
