Combined activities view?
I'm trying to create an activity view that will show all upcoming activities sorted chronologically. I'm running into a few issues that I don't know how to handle. 1) How to include a criteria for today onward? I can do tomorrow onward, but I'd like to include today also. 2) How to be create view so that all current activities show? I want my view to include future activities and tasks with a due date that has not passed. I've only figured out how to get one of the two, but not both at the same

How do you disqualify leads?
Hi, I know that you can convert a lead to a potential but I don't know how you set it to be invalid. I might have removed it from somewhere when I was customizing lead module. Unfortunately, I can't find any function or field that determines the qualification of a lead. Can someone please help?

Notes not in chronological order
In opportunities, notes are not in chronological order. I reviewed this post: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/topic/question-about-chronological-order-of-notes Which states it should be. Am I missing a setting somewhere to turn this order on?

Mass Replacement of Leads
We want to export our leads, for day-to-day management in excel and re-import them into Zoho without creating duplicates Essentially we want to import leads and have new leads replace old leads that have the same zoho id. The startup menu does not seem to have this feature. Best solution that I can find is to export all leads, dedupe in excel, delete all leads and reimport the clean list. There should be a much more straightforward way of doing this though. Any suggestions?
Master List of Tasks for New Users
We have about 20 users and growing and all of my new reps have a standard list of tasks to complete as part of the start up process. I would like to be able to create a list of tasks that are assigned to no one and have them copied or assigned to new users when we setup their ZOHO account. Any Ideas?

Dear all I've been a big ZohoCRM fun. But I seriously start to map the possibilities of migration to hosted MS CRM. The reason? The key campaign management functionality is still missing.... Our situation: We have thousands of customers and prospects divided into Segments by multichoice field of Account. If we want to select contacts for the particular Campaign we must do the manual selection from the "long list" of Contacts belonging to the Accounts from the particular Segment. Accented characters showing as a �
Is anyone else having problems with this issue. It originates when we import excel leads into ZOHO with addresses and/or names with any accented character. They just show up as "�" in ZOHO. Our language is set to "English" United States and our country locale is set to "Canada English". Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks.

Export Data using ISO8859-1
Hi, when importing data it is possible to switch encoding to ISO8859-1. But when I export the same data I'm not able to switch the encoding. So "special characters" here in Germany are wrong in the export-file. Looks like that alway UTF is used for the export. Where can I set the encoding for the export? Greeting Michael

changing a pick list on contacts
I currently have a particular field under "contacts" that has a pick list for options. Already, we have multiple entries in contacts, having used this pick list. I am now looking to modify the pick list, which will no longer include the old options. Will the old entries simply have nothing under this field going forward? Perhaps it is better to keep the old options within the picklist so we don't lose that data???

New Version Bug: Contact notes do not show up in related lists under accounts
In the old UI in Zoho when I'm looking at an account record, the notes for all of the contacts associated with that account are also displayed. When I switch to the new version these notes are no longer displayed. This is a very important feature for me, and I hope it can be fixed before the new version becomes the default. In the meantime I will have to switch back to the old version.
Refresh on email tab within CRM

Change Owner - Lead, Contact and Accounts
Do I understand correctly that if I need to change ownership of a portion of my Leads, Contacts and Accounts, that only the open Tasks follow the transfer? If that is so, what happens to the closed Tasks, etc that do not get transferred? If ownership of the same Leads, Contacts and Accounts go from Sales Rep A to Sales Rep B and then back to Sales Rep A, will Sales Rep A's previously closed Task repopulate or not?

Search result suggestions: total number of results per category
When I do a search on Zoho it returns the results grouped by category, and limited to 10 per screen. Overall this is pretty nice UI, but one thing that is really missing is knowing what the total number of results in each category is. You can see the first 1-10, and you can click through to see the next 10, and the next...but it would be really helpful to see how many that is going to be without having to click through the entire list. Adding user problem
Hello, When I try to add user(Setup -> Admin settings -> Users -> Add users -> I fill out the form and the app sends the e-mail) the e-mail lack formatting and is shown as a plain text – that means there are no links to click to activate – that wouldn’t be a problem in case the URL in e-mail would work, but everytime I try(and I tried many times) it just say “Sorry ! UnAuthorized Access to Zoho CRM”. I am using Firefox 3.6.23 but I tryed explorer and Chrome without a success I am currently on profesional
All Users to get an email notification when something changes in Zoho
We currently have 3 people in our sales team and we would like to be able to get an automatic email notification when anything changes in the system e.g new event, new email, new telephone call, any potential change, e.t.c We would also like if possible this email to be exact e.g the following email was added to xx potential and the follow with the email. Zoho CRM - Adding products to quotes
Hi, I'm a newbie for the Zoho CRM platform, and I have some questions regarding user interface. - Quotes generated by my sales reps often have 50+ items listed. Adding products to a quote manually is too time consuming. Is there any option for bulk product add ? Is there any workaround to make the value field of an opportunity to be the sum of active quotes in that opportunity ? Example.
