Activities in parent accounts
I would like to see the activities in the child accounts when viewing the parent account without having to open each individual account. Is there a function or script that will allow us to do this?
Language setting per lead
I would appreciate a Language property for each lead, i.e. the language used/preferred by the lead when communicating with us. In the US, many people prefer to be contacted by a Spanish-speaking salesman. In Canada, many people prefer to speak French. The language property should preferably use the ISO 639-1 standard for language coding, see Wikipedia. Thanks for a great product, Magnus

Using the Lead Module for different purpose
In our CRM, we do not have use for the Lead Module. I am wondering what would happen if I modify the layout in the Lead Module to serve a different purpose? For example, I need to manage information about the media that we work with in public relations. I know I can add custom fields to the Lead Module, But is there an underlying structure to the module that makes it inflexible to use it for a different purpose? We have the Professional Plan. I know the Enterprise plan allows you create custom modules,
SWITCHED FROM GMAIL TO ZOHO, PREMATURE?
So I tried to switch from gmail for my domain email/work email to Zoho, thinking it would be great to have all my communications with customers from within the CRM. Is it just me for is the email implementation in the CRM not ready for prime time yet? 1. Pick list edits won't save
In the Accounts area, I updated the "Industry" field picklist with my own entries. When I go back to the Account section, the new list is not appearing - getting what seems to be the default list. Any ideas?
CRM - block registration by the due date !
Is there a way to block registration by the due date, the potential modules and campaigns? For example, a potential that has changed status to gain that can not be altered or lost status with a campaign that can not be updated. Best Regards
How do you change Default settings on Add event so its always pop up vs email
I would like to know how to change the default settings so when I schedule a client, instead of currently I have to toggle from NOT email reminder to POP up reminder. I want to set it up so it is always POP up reminder. How do I change those defaults?
Change in Potentials
I hope this has been solved before else I can't believe this hasn't been thought of before!! As a manager I want to see what Potentials changed from End of day Yesterday to End of day Today. I'm only interested in the 'Stage' changes. I want to know if there has been any 'movement'. I don't care about other activity on the Potential. This will let me know how the Pipeline changed from Day to Day, Month to Month. How do I get this? Similarly I want to know changes in the 'Lead Status' in Leads module.
Leads not converting to accounts
My leads are converting to contacts, but not accounts. When I click "convert" on a lead, it doesn't even show a checkbox to convert to an account. It only shows option to convert to a contact. How can I change this so leads are converted to accounts?
Send Notification Email
Hello,When you create task there is a box "Send Notification Email" when you check this box common sense I am expecting this to send me an email when this task is due but it it sending me an email as soon as I save the task. Is there any way to change this? Thank you.

How do I use another field's value in Report Criteria?
I'm trying to build a report on Pipeline movement. I want to generate a report of all the changes to the Stage in each Potential. I figured I would add a criteria in the report where Stage != Stage History and get the report. However, I can't seem to figure out how to use the current record's fields in the values of the criteria. I can do things like ${TODAY} and ${CurrentUser}. How do I get the current record's fields?
Email Issue From ZOHO CRM
I am having issues with some emails that I send from zoho crm, this only happens with some emails and I dont know why. I send the email and the screen goes grey and the circle button is going around like its frozen the system, 1) is this blocking this email due to it not being a valid email? Is there a way to fix this?

Access denied to modules on Zoho Mobile for iPad
after logging in and entering the confirmation key I cannot access the modules. I am being asked to contact the admin which is me. And I cannot find any setting to make the iPad app re-enter the key. Not too urgent as I can use the browser version but I like to have this solved.

Hello Zoho Team, I am always worried when filling out a form on the web because I can't have a copy for my self as memory. So I believe others might be uncofortable with a form as well. In my opinion, it would be great having the option to let the customer to receive a copy of our web-forms: - at the end of the form checking a box say "do you want to send a copy to your email box?", or - a specific field to be used in the auto-respond email to embed (or paste) the form filled out by the customer

Adding a activity (make it permanent)
How do I add an activity such as "Send Samples" so that it becomes selectable from the task menu? Right now, I have to type in "Send Samples" each time which means a simple type would mess up any reporting based on this task.... i.e.. "Send Samples" would not match the typo "Send Sampels"

Selling Single Item To Residential Customer
I am a snow removal service company for residential customers. We sell a flat rate snow removal package to residential customers each year. This means one sale per year, per customer. We do this on a scale that would require our CRM to have the capability of tracking hundreds of customers, and hopefully all my interactions and updates on each of them. Lead Web Form - Hidden Fields causing error with Approved Leads
I have a webform (image1) where I am collecting basic contact information. I have three picklist fields that I am including on the form and hiding them trying to populate a value based on the form that's being submitted. I have "Approved" leads enabled on the form submission also. When I try to add all 3 of the hidden fields I am clicking on the fields option and setting a default value from the picklist. When I try to save the form, I get a grey over layer on the screen with a contact zoho email

When using ZOHO to track subcontractor bids to multiple general contractors, how can I attach to opportunity....
...for cross referencing and tracking? I am the sub-contractor. I submit the same bid to multiple general contractors. If the GC is selected, we get the work. Audit log for individual records?
I'd be interested in having an audit log for individual records to be able to see the history for each particular record. For example, I'd like to be able to look at a lead and see the trail of record changes (including field updates and emails) to get an idea of the life cycle of that particular lead. This way I could get a better idea of how each salesperson progressed and how the lead developed. I have Zoho Mail enabled so I'm able to see the emails, but I'd like to see the actual day to day progress

Text Messages from Mobile to CRM Record
Anyone have a workaround for text messages attaching themselves to a lead/contact/ in CRM automatically from their handset. I'm on android. I was thinking surely their is some app or even built in function of iOS and Android that would fwd text messages to an e-mail, where a function could then parse out the recipient number and link to a lead/contact and then store the incoming and outgoing text message with the record in CRM. Anyone have some way their able to make this seamless? Regards D
