special characters
what about foreign characters since Spanish names have elevations on them like ñ and other languages have different elevations and when I have them as account name and uploaded the excel sheet, I think they missed these characters and ignored all the relevant data. any way I can get these special characters as account name as I have account name with these characters. Hi. I've set up a web-to-case form and installed it on my website. When I answer and resolve a case and close it, is it possible to have an automated email go back to the creator of the case, the person who sent it to advise them it's closed? I know how to make the email but I don't know how to automate it. Also, what will be the trigger? Do I just enter the date closed? or do I change the status to closed? or do I need to do both? Thanks

Unable to edit contacts information

ongoing email template administration issues
I am admin of the CRM. My users are creating email templates. A)I want to receive warning/notice that a new template has been created so that I can verify its quality BEFORE it gets sent out! B) I want all templates to have certain fields filled out in a certain way e.g. all reply to are filled out with a specific email C)I want to know email templates are being most used.
CRM Mass Email Problem
In Zoho CRM, in the Contacts mass email page, I select my template and then in the select records tab, I select one of my Monthly email lists (all of which have about 190 contacts). But I am only able to send to the first 100 displayed, I cannot see any more, If I try to push the "next" button to see more records it is just empty. I have verified that all the contacts are there in the Monthly list campaigns. It seems to be a problem with the website, I hope this can be fixed quickly.

We're looking for a full 360 CRM, that can handle a lot of different elements, such as accounting/invoicing, etc. Can Zoho Help with this? Custom Formula Field Question
I created a custom field entitled Expiration Date using the below formula (which worked perfectly adding a date that is 30 days after the Create Date): Datepart(Adddate(${Leads.Created Time},30,'DAY')). I would like to have Leads expire within 30 days if the no of employees field is <=200 employees and within 90 days if the no of employees field is >=200 employees. can`t get the right "from" name associated with the mailbox, when sending email directly from contact details...
i am trying to change the "from" name when sending mails from Zoho (post@zoho.com): i have changed the name in the settings in the email module, and this works fine when i compose a mail directly in the email module, but when i send a mail directly from the contact details, i get the wrong name, despite choosing the right sending email - what am i doing wrong?

New Zoho users
Often when I invite a new user to join my Zoho account they are not able to join my account but are asked to create their own accounts. Why does this happen is there a way to stop it? Most recently my new user entered exactly the details of our existing account and it has created her an account which looks like ours (has our logo loaded) but has not data in it and has no tabs to the different modules within the CRM. Any clue whats gone wrong and how I fix it?

How long should it take to rename tabs?
I try to rename a tab and it appears as though it is processing the request but 15 minutes later it is still processing. How long should I wait before realizing it is not working. I have tried several times and the changes never take. The longest I have waited is about 30 minutes. Should it take that long? Is something wrong? Anyone have any advice?
