Hello, Why do you put a MAX limit on how many reports you do per day? I have a very growing business and some days we need more than 5 per day? Can you please explain why Zoho limits these reports? Thanks

Searching Custom Fields in Zoho CRM
Hello, I have created a series of custom fields in Zoho CRM in order to add details which are crucial to my business. Most of these custom fields were added in the Vendors tab. I noticed these field are not indexed and consequently not searchable by the CRM search engine. All that can be retrieved are the original fields (even if it seems not all of them. E.g.: Category field) Is there a way to include custom fields in the search engine searchable items? Thank you Roberto

Is there a way for Zoho to create just the date when a support case is modified or created, we do not want the time stamps because the time stamps are not making our reports accurate. We would like to group cases by dates and not times.

I would like each New Note to update the Modified Date/Time for the related record. My Sales Reps like to sort a list of Contacts or Potentials by Modified Date/Time in descending order so that the records they have most recently updated appear at the top of the list. Therefore, we have Modified Date/Time as one of the columns in our views so they can simply click the header to sort the list. After they speak with a Prospect or Customer on the phone, they will add a New Note to the Contact record
recently modified accounts view is not accurate
I've been modifying accounts for the last two hours and the left hand side"recent items" shows that accounts I've recently modded... BUT the ShowDetails.do?module=Accounts&quickcreate=true and Accounts: Recently Modified Accounts View does not show the accounts I've been modifying.
