Return To View After Editing A Potential
Hi there, usually, I will click to edit a potential directly from a view. However, after saving, I'm directed back to the potential page rather than the view page. Is there anyway to be directed (directly) back to the view page I had clicked from? Thank You, Chad

CRM+ pricing problems with zoho projects
The issue we are facing is a bundling issue. In general we like the features and pricing of crm+, and before we subscribed to that package. But the package would not allow us to add more users of zoho projects who were not crm+ subscribers. I believe there is a confusion on the part of zoho about who uses projects. Workflow to Send Email
I have a workflow to send an email to a lead based on several criteria. The workflow works and the emails are sent when expected. Problem is the emails don't show up under the emails section of the lead itself. Am I missing something or is this just the way it works? Thanks, Ron

I'd REALLY love to try to customize Zoho CRM home more. Zoho campaigns to CRM - campaign not showing against contact
I've successfully sent marketing emails via Zoho campaigns, where synch contacts from CRM to Campaigns, send the email and then in CRM each contact has the campaign in the campaign area of their contact record and the member status changes (open, click etc.) It hasn't worked this time though. Our primary area of clients is North America but we get a lot of leads (mostly junk) from other areas of the world. When a lead comes in from our webform, I would like it to assign North America in round robin and all others in a second round robin. This will allow a more even distribution of the 'valuable' North American leads. Hi. I have two questions: I want customize products related list in sales orders to replace discount and tax columns with other product fields. Is that possible? When I go to costomize module is not option to modify this section. When I create a sales order with new sales order option inside purchase order, the new sales order inherits the purchase order subject value. I need account name and vendor name inherits too. Zoho CRM Sent Email Not Showing In CRM
Hi, When I choose Send Mail button in Zoho CRM and send an email, the targeted recipient gets the email as expected. But however, when I scroll down to the Emails section in Zoho CRM and take a look at my Sent and Received mail, I don't see this email as being sent. Why would Merge Fields not resolve on email templates?
I am brand new to this but I'm tech savvy. I created modified an existing template. I added a simple merge field from Contacts.First Name. I even used the # to select the field. It looks like the correct syntax was entered into the template. I sent a test email to a few contacts....the merge field did no resolve....it had the field syntax. What am I missing? What happens at the end of an autoresponder sequence?
When a contact has completed the autoresponder sequence (i.e. received all the follow ups) do they just stay in the same opportunity stage? Is there a way to automatically move them to closed-lost when they reach the end of the sequence? Thanks!

Hello, I question of time management in that when we have a list of contacts with all of the info filled in e.g. email address phone number etc. When we then add a potential to them we have to fill all of this info in again. Well, our business has contacts as single people and so it is always going to be identical. Is there anyway to stop us having to duplicate this data entry? Thanks!

Salesinbox - Add Reminder
In the "Reply" pull-down menu there is an option for "Add Reminder". User can set a reminder subject and a time period. Do those reminder show anyplace else, other than in the Reminders section inside of SalesInbox? It appears those reminders are not included in Activity Reminders list which pops up in the lower right-hand corner, nor do these reminders show in the Notifications list on the home page. I find that I am always missing these reminders.
Importing contacts and associating with accounts
Hi I have imported my customer accounts into "Accounts" successfully. However, when I import the contacts, I am unable to associate them with the respective Account. I have tried matching the same Account Name into the Contact Import's "Account Name" - and it doesn't associate. I've tried to match the Account ID to the Contact Import's "Account Name" and it doesn't work either. There's no "Account ID" field for me to associate the Contact with... Am I missing out something here? WH
