Converting Leads to Contacts
Hi there, I am in the middle of changing our CRM over to zoho. I uploaded all of our contacts into the Leads section, as this is where I had certain fields set up - check boxes etc. Now when I go to change them to contacts, all my specialised fields are gone. How do I get it to be the same options as in leads? Thanks
How to send a lead or contact's information by email to a colleague
I am still figuring out how to use Zoho, this is only my 3rd day. I'm trying to figure out how to send a vcard or easily send a lead or contact's information by email to a colleague for followup. This colleague is not in the CRM system so it will have to go via an email.
Using follow
I would like to cull out some of my contacts based on searches and have a way to return to just those selected contacts. Can I use the follow box? I clicked on it, and I don't see any way to see just those that I am following. Or, is there another better way to do this.
Email templates not loading in outgoing email
We note that we are unable to load email templates to an outgoing email. The drop down box shows 'None' when attempting to select a saved template
Ticket send Mail
If i open a ticket i don't have the option to send an email from/for that ticket. I only have this option by contacts and leads. Is this also possible for tickets??

How to add a discount to a product?
I went to the following page to get help on this: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/sales-orders/create-sales-orders.html However, the information given doesn't work. According to the instructions, little arrows are supposed to appear to allow editing of the discount (and tax), but no such arrows appear for me. Discounts are different each time a product is sold, so the discount needs to be able to be manually adjusted in a sales order. Please tell me how this can be done.

Tasks / Calls reminder Time should not be set to 30 minute intervals
Hi My Team is complaining that when adding a Task/Call reminder they want to set them Time but they cannot choose the specific time because the system has it set in 30 MINUTE INTERVALS!! Is there a way to modify these time intervals?? umm I really dont get why do you limit us to that! is not very productive.
Sending automatic email to customers that bought a certain product
We are trying to configure a workflow rule that automatically sends an email to any customer that purchases a certain product from us. In our first attempt we set a Rule Criteria to execute the workflow when the Product Details of a newly created Sales Order contains the product name, but it doesn't seem to be triggering when it should. Is there anything special we must enter in the Rule Criteria field for the rule to work? Thank you, Juan.
Email replies
When I send an email to a lead from Zoho CRM, the reply comes back into my Outlook, but does not go into the leads record in Zoho CRM. The only way I can get the email reply into the leads record is to copy and paste into the notes Please advise if Zoho CRM can be setup to automatically receive email replies. Thanks Mark

Sending multiple in one workflow
I want to set up several emails (i.e. a drip campaign) to be sent to leads. The email are designed to get them to respond to my calls and emails. For Example: I enter a new lead with a default "lead status" of new. I want to set up a workflow so when the "lead status" is changed to call, it will trigger the workflow to send the first email. Here's my real question. I want the 2nd email to go out in 2 days after the trigger event. The 3rd email would go out in 5 days after the trigger event
How to make the clients information pop up when a call comes through?
All employees are setup up with the same permissions except for admin. For some reason few of the employees have ZOHO set up in a way where when a client calls their information pops up. Why is setup for some and not all if everyone has the same settings? Please help!

HELP! Uploading contacts to CRM with (CRM) Campaigns
We are setting up Zoho to go live very shortly. I am currently in the process of importing all the contact and account data, which we have no problems with. HOWEVER, I also need to associate the contacts with the campaigns they belong to. How do we add the contacts to the CRM Campaigns in Zoho from an upload? I understand that you can upload new contacts to an existing campaign, but not existing contact to a new campaign without doing it manually. I've got over 20 campaigns to import each with 100-500
If then functionality driven from pick list
We just started implementing the Potentials area of the system. We currently are using the Stage field as a pick list with different values. Our sales manager wants to add functionality whereby if a user chooses Stage = Closed Lost a multiline box appears allowing the user to key information related to why the business was lost. He only wants this box to appear if the user chooses this one value in the pick list. Is this possible?
Comments section not working with new version
In the CASES module, sine the new version, our Comments (under Internal Comments) section will not allow us to edit. I checked permissions, but nothing seems to work.
Update CRM Feed when a user sends an Email
My boss is a bit upset because we were under the impression that with the Feeds Tab we would be able to see everysingle action that the sales people had made. BUT we can only see Feeds when they Add/Edit Lead/Contacts Fields or when creating Activities, the issue here is that if the Users Sends an Email , be it from within Zoho or using the BCC feature, there is NO FEED for that ACTION made. Manual conversion of lead to contact and multiple email addresses
I have many leads created because of emails being logged from Outlook. There are many that relate to contacts already in Zoho, but do not get matched because the contact uses multiple email addresses. This leads to two suggestions: 1) Allow multiple email addresses to be saved to a Zoho contact (much like in Outlook) and match attached emails via any one of those email addresses 2) Allow for the manual matching and conversion of a lead to a contact. Contacts in CRM not the same as in ContactManager
The contacts that appear under the CRM contacts tab are not the same contacts that appear in the contact manager. Are these two programs connected? And if not is there a way to auto import CRM contacts into ContactManager?
edit Product detail fields on Quote
I have some custom fields created on product and need a way to edit them inline on the Quote, seems ZOHO only allows fields like List price and quantity to be edited this way. How can I edit my other fields?
Attach Documents to Records in Accounts Module
Hello everyone, I'm having a bit of trouble with attaching documents to records, specifically in the 'Accounts' module (which displays as 'Stores' in our CRM). When I select a record in the 'Accounts' module, I do not have an option to attach a document to the record. I am able to attach documents in the 'Leads,' 'Potentials,' and 'Contacts' modules without issue, but not in 'Accounts.' Is this intentional, or is feature associated with a specific version? Any help is appreciated.
Email Reports missing most e-mails
Hi, When we run an e-mail report, it is missing most e-mails. We have all of our users sync'd with the GMAIL IMAP, and the e-mails are showing up under the Contacts or other Objects okay, but only select (and a very few select) emails show up on reports. Any idea?

Leads - Company Name - How can I make this show in the Activity list?
We have recently started using Zoho CRM and our sales guy has set a number of activities to call various leads - in the list of 'Activities' for him to work through, I can't seem to include the Company Name in the view as well as the lead/contact name? Email templates - not available when sending email
I have two email templates created. No templates are available in the dropdown box when sending an email to a contact. The dropdown list is empty (dropdown default for templates is "None", and nothing is there when clicking the dropdown arrow. Any suggestions?

Unable to change CRM email address
We recently upgraded from a free trial account to a standard paid account. During the free trial, we had several different users assigned. Once we upgraded, all of those accounts were deleted. We were left with the first user email that we signed up with. Unfortunately, this is not the main email address for our company that we wish to use. API/Excel Import Leads
I need to import OUR original lead creation date. Neither Excel import not API requests honor our dates but replaces them with the date of the insert. I need this date to be in your standard field to get historically correct Dashboards and reports. I am currently using a custom field but that is a band aid because the creation date needs to be true to our migration.
Events adress field update

Workflow Rule: establish whether a task has been set?
Hi there, I currently have a workflow rule to send an email to the relevant user where no activity has been 'recorded' on a Lead for more than 7 days. It works well but unfortunately it doesn't take into account the case where the user would have set a task in the future (for example a follow-up call or email). I'm wondering: is there a way to check whether a task has been set in the future for a lead (or contact/opportunity)? In that way, I could edit the current rule to only send that 'no activity'
Customizing address fields and having them propagate from Leads to Accounts
Hi there I've created customized address fields for Leads as Zoho CRM doesn't seem to let me modify the labels of existing address fields. When I convert these Leads in to Accounts, I would like to have these fields automatically populate the corresponding customized fields under Accounts but as these are custom fields, I cannot do this. Can you please help me understand how I can configure fields to be auto-populated in Accounts from mapped fields in Leads when a lead is converted? Thanks Elie
