When Will Zoho Handle China User Connection Speed and Email Rejection Issue
Hello, Zoho people, From Half a Year ago, you set up China subsite, and informed us Zoho is going into China, and your CS team told us Zoho is going to set up a China Data Center, to handle the SLOW connection issue. So we purchased Zoho CRM Plus service, and began to deploy it into our business. At least 6 months passed, what now? Connection speed is still like turtle, taking at least 10 seconds to load every page, yes everywhere, at least in my city, near alibaba HQ, that resulted in abortion of

Detailed audit trail
Dear, In the audit trail we can see who made a change to what record. If you go to that record, you can see the updates made to it, but unfortunately it often says "updated some fields". The fact that sometimes the exact change is shown, I am wondering if it is possible to have this available for all fields. From an audit perspective it is not only interesting to see who and when records were changed, but also what was changed. Could you please elaborate on this? Thanks in advance! Best regards Geert

Best Way to Sort?
I have two businesses; a marketing firm and a real estate firm. I'd like to include both firms contacts and accounts in Zoho CRM. What's the best way to classify and sort them? If I classify contacts and accounts by "industry", can I sort by "industry"? Or do I need to classify them by a custom field such as "Product type"? Can I sort by that custom field? Suggestions? I run training courses and want to send students who have registered access to a calendar for their particular program. I've seen this done on google calendar and want to know how we can do the same for zoho calendar. sms workflow integration
I'd like to know that once we decide to set up SMS with one of the providers on zoho; can we set up a rule/workflow whereby once someone registers ona course with us, they automatically get a welcome notification from us? I recently transferred a number of accounts between two users. Unfortunately, the new user cannot see the events tied to the accounts they were transferred because of the way our sharing rules are set up (the events were owned by the old user). Zoho CRM Mail Magnet Problems
Is anyone having issues with the Mail Magnet ? I am currently having problems with a 3 user install where the Magnet works fine for 1 user but not for two others. I have had situations where, although mail does not show in the Magnet it does appear in the email related items for the contact and also instances where it does not appear under the contact - which is really bad news. In both cases where the Magnet fails and the emal does not appear under the contact, I know the email has been matched

Hi guys, For some strange reason, no alert emails defined in the workflow sent from our ZohoCRM to our Zoho users is being received. This is happening only to emails sent to our specific domain addresses @grupoabstract.com. Zoho Unsubscription Form Return URL
Hi there, I'm having a problem with this form. It works fine but once the submission to unsubscribe has been made this happens. The return url is showing in another window rather than redirecting to the home page. Can this be changed please? I would prefer to have this redirect to another page (not the home page). Changes to search layout not appearing
I am trying to make a change to the search layout for Leads so include a search on a custom field. Record count based on created month
Hi, I would like to suggest to add "created month or created quarter" as options for time based sorting of records. Example: I would like to create a report that would show me a record count with number of leads created month by month. In that way i could easily see if the number of leads created in my organisation is increasing or decreasing month by month. The same with contacts, potentials etc....
