Is there a way to archive potentials that have closed (won or lost) in a way that leaves them as ' past' potentials but not show them on the 'active' potentials list?

How do you use Zoho for products that are sold on a subscription basis. Specifically, after initially winning the business we would like Zoho to automatically enter the subscription renewal in the future business / opportunities 12 months (or might be an x number of months to be co-terms with another previous sale) down the road.

How do I assign multiple contacts in a company to one company and one lead?
I am working with 3 contacts within one company that I'm currently in the analysis phase and preparing a proposal. I'm new to Zoho CRM so I created an account for the company, and then aligned three people to the company. Under companies, it shows as three companies. What is the correct process to add a company with multiple people in that company? Shouldn't it show up as one company? Thank you for helping me. Teresa

Import stamps.com
Hello, We export our newly created leads to stamps.com for shipping. I would like to export the stamps.com data with the shipping information back to zoho instead of having to do it manually. The problem is stamps.com exports the leads in a csv file where the recipient information is all in a single field, where as we have seperate fields for receipient name, company name, address, etc. Is there a way to implement this so we dont have to manually enter in shipping information for each lead?
Export Leads and Notes together
Hi, I dont find a way to export all notes and all needs together in a way that they are in the same csv. If i use reports to export, i only get one note for each lead - if i use backup funktion for exporting everything, i cant connect the notes to the leads. Is there any way to export everything in one big csv? Or any way to connect leads and notes from the backup? Thanks a lot!
Do not Mail for CRM Contacts
Could someone tell me if there is a 'Do Not Mail' tick box for contacts within CRM where customers who 'opt out' cannot be contacted? I realise this is an option in Zoho campaigns but am just looking within CRM really Thanks

Custom Pick List: need a blank field option (CRM-LEADS)
Currently there is no blank/empty/null value option once a Custom Pick List is created. If I select a value by mistake, I can not go back and have the field be empty again. I need the ability to do a Mass Update and remove values from a Custom Pick List field.

Updating record from zoho crm to zoho reports
I have created a custom function in zoho crm which fetch data from Potentials and insert into zoho reports. I created a rule on basis of create or edit. When I update a record it always insert a new record in zoho reports. It's clear the "physical" record ID is an excellent way to ensure uniqueness, now, asking a customer to repeat a 19 digit code is extremely cumbersome, I would ask them to repeat the last 5-6 digits, but is there any way to have it in a shorter unique version? Thanks,

Zoho Kills Customized Fonts
In February, Zoho CRM killed the "HTML Preview" function, and replaced by its duplicating "PDF Preview". I thought they started to realize how terrible this decision was made, given a large number of customers have complained. However, that was just the beginning of a disaster. Last week they took a further step to have killed the customizing fonts function. As you could see in the attached screenshot, the left one was a quote generated last week, and the right one is the same quote generated today.

Storage Issues - help !
We are a new enterprise user in the first few days of having gone live. I am quickly starting to worry about storage issues. Namely we'll use the BCC dropbox often - many of these emails will have brochures attached which could equal upto 5MB. Should we continue this for weeks or months we'll soon need TB's of storage. My question is - is there a way for the attachments of emails to be stripped before they are placed on file. It would be good to have a record of the email but don't need the attachment
Report scheduler not functioning properly

Workflow setup, can't get it to work
Hi Guys, I'm new to using workflow and I want to get started. Here's what I'm trying to do. In Products in CRM we have created a text field called Part number, all I want is that each time a new product is created and the Part number field is filled that the CRM field Product Code gets set to the same value. Cases (not custom) lookup field is not able to be included in a report
I am wanting to include lookup fields in my cases report. Available fields are only the custom fields. The lookup fields that are 'hard wired' in Zoho are not editable, and not visible in the columns to include in the report module. why? Solution?

I am having problems logging into our account under my email address YLee@UltimateLab.com (email address not recognized by system). My co-worker was able to login to my account on her computer. IP restriction - Locked out
I am currently unable to log in to my Zoho account. A message 'Access from this machine is not allowed' is popping as i try to log in. Previously i have limted the IP access and have no problem logging in from my device. Could you please assist to reset the IP restrictions or advise other solutions. Urgent. Thank you.

Managing Contract Opportunities in Zoho CRM
Good Day I would like to enquire as to the best way to manage contract opportunities in Zoho CRM. (If a customer signs up for a 12 month contract at a fixed fee.) Is this opportunity captured as one (i.e. Monthly fee x 12) or is there a way to apportion the amount in alignment to a revenue target in the Forecast module. Your advice will be greatly appreciated.
