Active Directory problem
When I go through the steps to list the users on the Active Directory page, I get no errors, but the system states 0 users. What am I missing? thanks Greg

Disable some features
I am wanting to use just some of the features that Zoho VO has to offer. Is it possible to disable the features like email, calander..etc.. and leave only the document share facility avaliable? Me and my friends would like to share files with each other, and this is the only feature that we need. And as my friends are not the most tech-savy I want to eliminate any possible causes of confusion :) thanks, BTRemote. :roll:
ssh feature
chaps i know you are busy getting ready to roll out the next upgrade to VO (which im looking forward to) but....... I like what you did with the implementation if SSH and its gone down ok with some of my users, but most realy do not like it (sorry). Is there anyway of incorporating somthing like the java applet at http://javassh.org as it works more like a traditional ssh/telnet client thanks in advance ojo

mysql dump for Linux
I can't find an open port to use with the VO Mysql server so I want to install it on my Servers Mysql but I can't do that without dumping the DB, which I can't do because I can't start it. Does anyone have a clean DB sql file for Linux. Thanks
User rights for Folder and sub-folder
Hi, I was testing Sharepoint and wasn't satisfied with their sub-folder rights which require 3rd party add-ons. Stumbled upon VO and it looks like good for my intended use for project team file share and collaboration. Got the web folder setup but how do we control security of a shared folder and sub-folders. I do not want the users to delete a specific folder or sub-folder unless rights are given. Where to set ? Thanks in advance.
Can't get Internet connection to VO
I have my VO server running on my PC. I have a not static IP address and I use a router. In my router I have made changes to DMZ to my local IP given by the Router. I have made a extra port 80 in firewall setting. Still can't connect to VO over the internet. What to do? Wich IP address to use if I don't have a static IP address. And wich changes to make in the Router and Firewall etc. Router = Linksys Wireless B Regards, Sentido
how to change Documents folder location
by default all documents are located at "C:\Program Files\AdventNet\Zoho\VirtualOffice\bin\store" how to change this path to something like "C:\My Documents" ????????????????? very needed!!!!!!!

MySQL Migration
I am setting up my Service Desk plus server and want to have the database on a seperate server already running MySQL. I already know how to dump the database along with the schema. My question however, where do I tell SD+ the new MySQL server IP address and port? I do not see any options to do this and I am assuming its within the code somewhere. IMAP support
Question on support for IMAP servers. In the admin settings for creating an account we can select IMAP as the mail source. But, when set up Zoho doesn't pull any of the IMAP folders. Instead all e-mails go directly in to the inbox. Is there a way to fix this? If not is it planned for a future release?

As an organisation, like most these days I would imagine, our knowledge base is that contained within thousands of emails that we have received and sent, and this needs to be integrated into any new system. AniSpam Feature Question
When exactly does the antispam feature kick in with the VirtualOffice? I've been running this for a couple weeks now and so far I'm still checking messages and marking them as spam, but nothing seems to ever get filtered on its own. What kind of spam engine is being used? Thanks.
Document view does not load
When working in a group (2 other groups exist) the document view does not load in one specific group. I tried the following unsuccessfully I did log out Deleted group and redefined

no documents in the backup zip file
chaps ive just been looking into the .zip file that is produced on a backup. Eventhough the backup documents option is ticked, there are no documents available in the .zip file. Only the mysql data and emails are there. Any pointers on this???? thanks ojo
Download GIF Bug??
I can't download any GIF files that I have saved to a Documents folder. All other files download no problem when you click on them. When you click on a GIF file, it just refreshes the screen. May want to see if this is the same for JPG files.

subfolders in mailbox
Dear Team I have lots of subfolders in mailbox. I have hidden them under the main folder, but whenever I click on FETCH mail it automatically EXPANDS all my folder. this is a bit flaky and needs to be resolved. Thanks Vijay

E-mail Templates
How can I create e-mail templates for messages? I was trying to use the Save Draft feature, but I could not even get a message to save as a draft. I would choose save draft, then close it and there was no file in the draft folder. Is the only option to just save files as the body of e-mail drafts? Thanks!

Hard disk Space not released
I have a test user in VO that receives emails, but even if I delete all the emails in every folder and wait enough time for the process to complete and even restarting the PC, the space used is still there (and growing even if I keep deleting every email and the empty the trash can), at least this says the Desktop email usage. Any advice?

Hi, I'm probably going to drive everyone crazy with my posts, but what can I say :) Email notifications....I don't think I have it set up right. I'm the root admin. Is the email sent from my default email account? I've got two accounts set up. The default one is the one I set up in the Settings section where the generic noreply email was set up upon installation. Isn't this the one that would send out the notifications? When I want to create an event in a created group I can only enter the present date so today is the 24th July if I wish to enter and event for the 25th July I have to wait until tomorrow!!!. Any ideas?
Mail fetch problem
I have zvo version 3.2 build 3201 installed. Everything has been working fine with mail fetch - automatic, every couple of minutes as configured. I noticed a week or so ago that I was not getting mail (three users I'm the admin). Went into settings, admin, accounts, show mail fetch details and saw that for me (at that time not the other users) that my mail fetch last/next executed times was out of date - i.e., was not current and it was not fetching my mail automatically.
