You can now sign in to your Zoho account in more than one data center (as secondary accounts).

Let's say you have signed in to a Zoho account which is signed up in the United States (US) data center (primary account) and you have a secondary account in Europe (EU). Now, if you try to access a service on Europe's data center, you will be taken to the sign-in page that will show your primary account as signed in. You can either just select it and you'll be signed in to your secondary account using your primary account's session or click Sign in with another account to sign in with a different account.

Do note that all the secondary accounts sign in will be done in the account's primary data center, which is the primary account. This means the primary account's credentials will be used to sign in to your secondary accounts, and when you sign out, you will be signed out of all the accounts (both primary and secondaries).

If third party cookies are blocked, the primary account details will not be shown in the sign-in page.

This page will only show the list of secondary accounts signed in the data center you're trying to access, and each account will display its respective primary account's data center on the right. Since, you will be signed through primary data center (using primary account).
If the signed in primary accounts does not have any associated secondary accounts in the data center you're trying to access, you will be taken to the usual sign-in page.

FAQs

1. What is the maximum number of accounts that I can keep signed in a single session?
   You can keep only one Zoho account signed in from one data center at a time, which means the number of Zoho accounts you can keep signed in a single session/browser is equal to the number of data centers available, that is seven as of now. Know about your data centers to get a better understanding of available data centers and their locations. However, you can have multiple secondary accounts signed in for a data center as authentication is done in the primary datacenter that is the primary account.
   
   
2. Which data center will be used for my primary account and can I change it?
   The data center you sign up to initially will be your primary data center, and so it will be treated as your primary account. You would have selected the data center you want during the sign-up (this is no longer available) or data center would have been assigned based on your IP address. Since, the primary account is where your account is created, it cannot be changed.
   
   
3. How can I sign in to my secondary account? Do I need to have a separate username and password for it?
   You do not have a separate username and password for your secondary account; Do remember, you might have multiple secondary accounts depending on the number of organizations you're in, but all your secondary accounts will be mapped to your primary account. Meaning you will have multiple Zoho accounts mapped to your primary account, and the same will be used to sign you in to all your secondary accounts.
   Even if you try to access your secondary account through the secondary data center URL, you will be redirected to your parent account data center, where you can sign in to your account using your default username and password. Once you sign in, you'll be redirected to your secondary account data center automatically.
   
   
4. I want to sign in to the same data center as the currently signed in account.
   You need to sign out of the currently signed in primary account if you are going to sign in with a primary account from the same datacenter.
