- Avoid using shortened URLs, URLs with multiple redirects, and URLs of blacklisted domains and websites.
- Ensure that you don't use spam phrases like buy, order, discount, free, or offer in the email content or the subject line.
- While adding new mailing lists or contacts, ensure that you verify the source of signup and don't add invalid email addresses.
- Monitor the email bounces and complaints you receive for your campaigns and take corrective measures.
