Star Ticket List Views
- In Zoho Desk, navigate to the Tickets module.
- Select the desired Ticket List View.
- Click the Star icon (
) listed alongside the view name in the header.
The star will turn yellow.
The view will be added to the Starred Views listing, on left menu where you will find them in the order you starred them. You can click the Star icon ( ) from the same location to unstar a view.
