ThousandEyes for Zoho Directory

Configure SAML in Zoho One

Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
Go to Marketplace, then use the search bar to find and install ThousandEyes.
If you want to test the SAML configuration before allowing users to access ThousandEyes, uncheck Display app to users.
Click Add.
Click Manage Application, then Single Sign-On.
Click Service Provider Details to check and verify the SP details. You can also edit them, if needed.
Click Identity Provider Details, then download the IDP Metadata.

Configure SAML in ThousandEyes

Sign in to your ThousandEyes account.
Click Account Settings in the sidebar, then click Organization Settings.
Check Enable Single Sign-On under Setup Single Sign-On, then choose Metadata File under Configuration Type.
Click Import File under Metadata File, then upload the IdP Metadata file.
Click Run Single Sign-On Test to ensure everything is working.
After getting a success message, click Save.

Make app visible to all users

After successfully testing the SSO, you can make ThousandEyes available for all users to access from their My Apps pages.

To make ThousandEyes visible to all users:

Sign in to the Zoho One Admin Panel.
Go to Applications, then click ThousandEyes.
Click Edit, check Display app to users, then click Update.
You can now access ThousandEyes from Zoho One's My Apps page.
