Task Permissions
By default, the task owners, can edit all the fields of an entry. To restrict them from editing certain fields, you can set task permissions.
To do so,
- In your form builder, navigate to the Settings tab > Tasks > Permissions.
- Uncheck the fields that you do not want the task owners to edit.
- Click Save.
Filters
To filter out entries while assigning a task based on the respondent's selected choice from the Dropdown and Radio field choices, configure it under Task Filters.
To do so,
- In your form builder, navigate to the Settings tab > Tasks > Filters.
- Select the fields the task assignee can use later to filter task entries. All fields linked to the form's radio buttons or dropdowns will be displayed here.
- Click Save.
- After saving, the Filter By Choice option will appear in the All Entries section, enabling the task assignee to filter task entries based on the selected choices.
