How to filter contacts based on their birthday?
In case you're looking for a way to filter contacts based on their date of birth to send specialized birthday offers and campaigns, you can easily do so. You must ensure that the Date of Birth field is filled in for the contacts.
- From the Navigation Toolbar to the left, click on Contacts and select View Contacts.
- Click on the filter icon at top right as shown in the GIF above.
- Click on the Advanced tab.
- In the Criteria field, choose Date of Birth. Choose 'is on' as the Modifier. There are lots of different modifiers that you can play with for this and other date type fields.
- Select the date in Value field. Click on Apply.
- If you need this as a separate segment, click on Save as Segment option.
