I was able to create a Tag when in the trial version, but even though I have moved to the paid plan, I cannot create Tags anymore. Why is that?

This could be because you would have subscribed to the Standard plan of Zoho Marketing Automation. In this plan, you cannot create Tags. You should at least be in the Professional plan to use it. Please check our pricing page to learn more about the plans and the supported features.
