Upgrade and Billing

Upgrade to business plan

To access unlimited privileges in Qntrl, we recommend that you upgrade your plan to Business version. 

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Navigate to your  Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Click the  Upgrade Now or  Subscription Details button to view the pricing details.



  3. Click  Upgrade.
  4. Enter the number of users. You can pick Monthly or Yearly subscription here. 
  5. Click  Proceed.



  6. Next, enter your billing address and payment details. 



  7. Click on the  Calculate Tax button to view the tax applicable for your subscription. 
  8. Click Make Payment
  9. A confirmation message will be displayed on successful upgrade. 

Upgrade or downgrade user

You can manage your subscription to purchase additional user licenses or remove existing users from Qntrl:

  1. Navigate to your  Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Click the  Subscription Details button.
  3. Click  Upgrade User/Add-Ons  to purchase additional users.
    • Select the number of users and click  Proceed . Confirm your order summary and click  Make Payment.
  4. Click  Downgrade User/Add-Ons  to remove users from your organization.
    • Select the number of users and click  Proceed.
    • Confirm your downgrade summary and click Proceed
  5. A confirmation for the upgrade or downgrade will be displayed.

 
Best practices: 
  1. Ensure that you purchase users higher than or equal to the existing number of users in the organization. If the upgraded user count is less, the remaining users will be deactivated from the organization.
  2. However, you will be able to add new users beyond the purchased user limit. But these users will be active only for 7 days. Make sure that you purchase additional user licenses before they are deactivated.  

Downgrade your subscription plan

To downgrade your plan:

  1. Navigate to your  Profile in the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Click the  Subscription  Details button.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm the downgrade.
    • You can choose to downgrade your plan at the end of billing cycle by selecting the check box.
  5. A confirmation for the downgrade will be displayed.


Once you downgrade your subscription plan, you will be moved to the Trial plan. 


  1. Users can download a copy of your payment invoice by clicking on the Payment History hyperlink.
  2. Users can change their payment method and address as well by clicking on Change Payment Method and Change Address hyperlinks respectively.
