SMS Templates

You can create SMS templates to send predefined messages to candidates and contacts about job openings and interviews. The templates created can be stored in particular folders for easy categorization.

Note: The SMS Add-on feature must be enabled to create, edit, or delete SMS templates and folders.

Create SMS template

Click Settings > Setup > Templates > SMS Templates and click New Template
The New SMS Template page will be displayed.
Select the module from the dropdown list.
Enter the Template Name in the text box.
Select the template folder from the Store Under dropdown list.
In the SMS Template Body section:
- Select the module from the Available Merge fields dropdown list.
- Select the field from the dropdown list.
- Copy and paste the Copy Merge Field value in the template body and enter the required message.
Click Preview to view the SMS template which is created.
Click Save. The new SMS template will be displayed in the SMS Templates page under the SMS folder.

Note: The Template Name and Store Under fields are mandatory.

To create SMS template folders

Click Setup > Templates > SMS Templates. The SMS Templates page will be displayed.
Click New Template Folder. The Create SMS Template Folder page will be displayed.
Enter a Folder Name in the respective text box.
Specify additional information about the folder in the Description text box.
In Share this with section, select one of the following options:
- Only Me: To enable folder access for you only.
- Everyone: To enable folder access for all users.
- Selected Users: Select the users or user roles that can access the folder
