Filter a data range

To apply a filter on a cell range:

Select the desired cell range to filter.
Go to the icon
Under the Data menu, choose Filter.
Switch on the toggle button to see the filter icons appear on the table header.
Tap on to view the list of criteria (cell value, cell color, text color) to filter the data by.
Choose the desired criteria and tap Apply.

Filter a set of data
To filter any set of data: Select the desired range of cells. Tap Filter under the Data menu. Turn on the Filter toggle button. Tap the drop-down inside the cell and provide values for the required criteria.
Sort a data range
To sort a cell range: Select the cell range to sort, keeping the column to sort by as the first column. Go to icon Under the Data menu, choose Sort. Tap on Ascending or Descending based on how you wish to sort the data.
