Save and use a named filter

To save or name a filter view:

Apply a filter on the desired range with the desired criteria.
Go to the icon
Under the Data menu, choose Filter.
Tap on Name this Filter
Enter a name, and tap Done.
To apply a saved filter, select Named Filters and choose the desired filter.

To create a named range: Select the desired cell range. Go to Under the Insert menu, choose Define Name. You can choose to define a cell range, an expression, or a constant value. Enter the desired values and tap Done.
