WorkDrive Sync - Installation Errors for Windows users
Error code 2738
- Download and run this file.
- If a UAC prompt appears, provide administrator credentials and proceed. Click Yes if any confirmation dialog appears.
- Restart the installer and try again.
Error code 2502 or 2503
- Download this file, right-click it, and click Run as administrator. This will set necessary permission for the current user for the above folders.
- Restart the installer and try again.
Unknown errors
- If you have problems installing WorkDrive Sync, restart the computer and try again.
- If you are using antivirus software, it may sometimes incorrectly block the installation. Try whitelisting our application in your antivirus settings and try installing it again. Please note that you can trust our application as it is not malware.
- If the Windows Defender Antivirus is set to maximum protection, it may sometimes incorrectly block the installation. If so, you can exclude our application in your Windows Security settings and try installing it again.
