1. Filter the log hours to view select data.
   
2. Export the log details as a file.
   
3. Copy data to clipboard and paste in on a sheet to view as a table and save it as backup.

Filter log hours

1. Go to the Timesheet module.
2. Click the filter icon at the top.
   
3. Select Quick or Custom filter.
   
4. Select built-in filter criteria or define your custom criteria.
   
5. Apply the filter to view the epics or work items matching that filter criteria. 

Export logs

1. You can apply filters to export select data.
   
2. You can access the exported file in Export History.

1. Go to the Timesheet module.
   
2. Click the ellipsis icon at the top. The dropdown menu will appear.
   
3. Select Export. The Export Filter will appear.
   
4. Select the required file format.
   
5. Define grouping if necessary.
   
6. Select the fields that need to be exported.
   
7. Specific Recurrence Type to set up scheduled exports.
   
8. Enable Header to assign the field names as headers for the columns.
   
9. Select the filters that need to be applied or create custom filters. Learn more.
   
10. Click the Apply & Export button. The export will be initiated.
    
11. Click the ellipsis icon and select Export History in the projects menu. The exported file will be available in the Completed Export tab.
    
1. Completed Export lists the Date, Time, and File Name of your export. View the export details and, if applicable, the recurrence details of the file.
   
2. Active Export lists all the files that are active and scheduled for export.
   
12. Click the file or the Download icon to download the file.
