Can't change sender address
I want to be able to add an alternative sender address to send emails from another person within the company. However when I go to add a new sender address I get this message "Duplicated email address found" I have found that this person had previously set up a Zoho Campaign account to see how it worked, but never used it. They tell me that the account is closed. However since I am getting this error, the account must still be registered on the system somewhere. How can I ensure that this account
Image Size In Email Templates
I have created a campaign by customising a template in zoho campaigns. The email has an image size 600px by 150px. The problem I am having is that when i send this email, when viewed before clicking "display images below" the image space is more like 600 x 2000. (it looks fine when images are shown) If i created the email in html mode i would be able to specify the height and width which would prevent this issue. Is there a way to do this in when using template. The only size options seem to be small,
unopened recipients

Font size issue
when creating the campaign and looking at the preview I have one text size - Arial 12pt. If I send out the email the first paragraph is much bigger than the rest of the email. Why is this happening and how can I get the email to have only one text size?
Signup forms - additional list choice
We want to provide leads/prospects an option to select public lists for subscription. It seems like by default we can configure a signup form to add the lead to multiple lists - we want the user to be able to select which public lists to subscribe. How can we have a web page where the user can update the subscriptions - subscribe and/or remove themselves to additional public lists. Thanks for your help.

Does anyone know how to run a campaign or execute one please? OK you create a campaign you associate leads to it or the other way. What do you do with it? Zoho documentation is missing this info. Can't Tell If Sign Up Forms Are Allowed

How to rearrange custom fields / customise contact view
I have created quite a lot of custom fields and am starting to find using them slightly confusing. Is there a way to rearrange them - for example I added the field 'Sector 1' and then realised that I would need additional fields for 'Sector 2' and 'Sector 3'. Since these last 2 were created a while after 'Sector 1' they are not near this label in the custom fields list. Can I reorder this list to keep related fields together? Signup-Form embed code not correct
I am having problems with creating the embed code for the signup-form. It looks as desired when I click "Preview" but when I copy and paste the HTML-code, the signup-form is wrong. For example: I did change the "Display Field Name" here: Mailing Lists -> My List -> +Signup-Form -> Edit Form Fields (I need the form for a German website so I translated the display field names.) Default Values in Custom Field
I have created a custom field which is a pick list. I have noticed that when I import new contacts it automatically sets the top value as the default value in for every contact. I do not want this as the default value and I cannot seem to rearrange the pick list options to put a correct default value at the top of the list. Logo size different on web vs. mobile site
I am a graphic designer and have done eblasts through mailchimp and constant contact for years. We just switched over to zoho and I'm a bit beyond frustrated. My email looks great on the web but horrible via mobile and I have tried many mobile devices. Images are super small and left justified and they should be centered and larger. Sending an autoresponder email to contact already on the mailing list
I have been collecting contacts with a signup form and have about 20 contacts registered there. I recently set up an autoresponder for this list (to send two days after the registration). Once I turn on the autoresponder, will my response email be sent to existing members of the list? If not is there a way to push these emails via a command?

Picklist default value does not allow null and force selecting
In Zoho Campaigns, we have picklists for registering on a signup form. The field is mandatory but it defaults to the first item. Can this be made to default to a null value so the user does not inadvertently leave the value unchanged and hit submit? I have tried making it say "Please select" as the first item but that allows the user to select the value "Please select" which is not what we want.

The best thing about your CRM is the ability to easily filter my lists and views. I market from state to state and don't always need names/city/or other criteria (which seems to be the only available criteria in your "advanced search" section)-but could benefit by a STATE sorting criteria Will this functionality become part of "Campaigns" or am I in need of another process? thanks

Campaign Email Tracking Gif not showing correctly
I have a problem where the email that is sent as part of a campaign has a large empty gif at the bottom of the email. It looks very bad in Apple Mail. Any ideas why the campaign puts this into the page and why it always displays as a large image? Text colour changing on test emails
I have put together a campaign e-mail I have altered the template and sent 3 different versions as test emails to various people in the office to see what they think, some people are receiving some emails with purple text (instead of black as set in the designs) but only one, and different emails for different people. i.e. person A has email 1 and 2 as black text but 3 as purple person B has email 1 and 3 as black text but 2 as purple can't seem to find a reason or solution to this, everyone is using
Sync Campaigns contacts to CRM
Trying to set up sync from Campaigns to CRM. Options there appear to be triggered when someone has "clicked" or "opened" (presumably an email from a campaign). I want to sync all the contacts who have signed up for a mailing list via a signup form and double opted in. Perhaps you are counting the double optin as a click? How do I sync all confirmed registrants on a list (whether or not they have clicked/opened an email campaign)?
