we want to manually change a field on a subscriber or any other method to kick off a new automation set of emails after a user subscribes to our list, we manually review their website and decide which set of emails would meet thier needs and manually email them from our crm.

Why are emails still being sent to an address I removed from my segment?
Last time I ran a campaign, I removed addresses that I found out are no longer active. However, I sent another campaign and found that this address was still emailed. Also, when I search for the address in my contact list, it does not come up. So why is it still being emailed?
What must be the image size which I use in custom mail template
Hello Support, I am brand new user of Zoho campains and I am still adjusting the mail template for my first campaign. The very first problem which I came to is the image size. I have created a custom responsive mail template with html which I uploaded in Zoho campains. I have uploaded one logo and 4 images separately, as you have stated. I have sent the campaign to several mail addresses just for test and I have a problem with the size of pictures in some mail clients viewing through mobile phones.

Hello I wanted to find out if their was a facility to mass update "auto reply", these are found alongside bounces, it would be great for me to be able to update them all to show away etc and that they do not require immediate action. I cannot see this in list management dashboard and under summary it only gives me the option to currently export - can I configure this myself, i would ideally like to pull the information into campaign module within CRM.
Sender address verification email taking long time to be received
Hello, We are trying to change some Sender Addresses on our Zoho Campaigns, but the verification emails are taking a long time to arrive in the inboxes of the addresses we want to add. Adding/Deleting Sender Address
Hello, How can I delete a verified sender address that I did not create? I have an old employee whose account has been deactivated and it says I cannot delete his address from the verified sender list. Also, how can I resend a verification email? I have an employee who said they never received one, but I cannot resend it. And finally, Why is there a limit of 5 senders I can have verified at once? Thank you in advance.
Insert html from piktochart into zoho campaign email
I have Piktochart code below that I would like to insert into a zoho campaigns email. When I paste it into the html editor (I don't know anything about html) my infographic shows up but when I click save a dialog box pops up saying Enter Content and the image won't save. Is there a way to do this? I'd like to have the real piktochart inforgraphic with the links to go out rather than a jpeg with links to the infochart on the web. Hi am new to Zoho If I have a contact list on Zoho CRM and three different email newsletters on Zoho Campaigns can I automate a workflow to automatically add a contact to a newsletter once a custom field has been selected? If others words I want to add to my contact which newsletter they are interested in and then have the system automatically add them to the appropriate email campaign. Can this be done? HI My subscription plan is for 10000 subscribers. But I really don't know if that is too much or may be I need a subscription plan for a lower number. i tried to see on Contact management the total of my subscribers and it shows 70. But when I send campaigns, usually it goes to 1000+ of emails. So, i will like to understand exactly which will be a better subscription plan for me. Thank you for your prompt help.
How to Locate the Campaign Draft Folder and Send Mail
Good news and bad news. The good news is that my list grew. The bad news is that it grew beyond my subscription limit and I received an email alert from Zoho that the emails in my 4 autoresponders did not go out as a result. The email alert told me my autoresponder emails went to drafts. I can't find a drafts folder. Where is it and how do I send my emails that didn't go out? (I have upgraded my plan so that is not a problem any longer.) Thanks.

How to properly set up autoresponder.
Hello I'm triyng to set up an e-mail campaign with autoresponders but something is not working. After sending the first mail(1) of the campaign i set up a calendar-autoresponder with a second mail(2) to be fired on a certain date. Hi, We currently have 5 Zoho CRM users, and a single user using the free Zoho Campaigns plan. We're looking to upgrade to the monthly Campaigns subscription. Please can you tell me: 1. Does a user need to have a Zoho CRM account to have a Campaigns account? If not, can the user still sync the CRM database to his/her Campaigns account? 2. Can Campaigns information (history of email campaigns, contact syncs etc.) be transferred from one user account to another user account within the same company?

Sending Email to a Single Contact
I'm a real estate agent and want to save HTML email templates for different portions of the home buying process. Each time a client hits a milestone, I'd edit the details for their sale and send to a single (or maybe two) email contacts. Is there a way to do this without having to create a new segment within a list each time for their name? Is there a way to attach documents too? I saw threads from several years ago that said they added this function but I don't see where it is.
Deletion of all members in a list
Hi, I had a member of one of my lists on screen and I selected "Delete contacts" by mistake and all my list got deleted. I still can synch between ZohoCRM and ZohoCampaigns to get all back, but all users who unsubscribe, will be added again?
When you send the signup form nobody can subscribe

Cannot Add Contact to List Manually
The sign-up form for our list is not working, so I have been adding users to it manually. I have one user that I cannot add. The system simply replies "0 Contacts Added", with no other explanation. I have checked our list of "Do Not Mail" contacts but cannot find this user in there. I cannot post the user's email address here, but it doesn't have anything like "info" or "sales" in it that might be rejected. Please contact me to assist.
Template leaves gap between sections
Hi, I inserted a 2 tables - one after the other and a banner picture last. One table has orange background the other grey. The problem is there are gaps in-between the two tables, and the table and banner. how do I fix this. See snapshot attached. Thanks for any help
Feature request: resend only to new contacts
Hello, I know that there is a way to do it, by cloning the campaign and add criteria, but let me suggest adding checkbox to the campaign: don't send to contacts who already received it. Hi Zoho Team, My colleague and I are two separate users sharing an account. When we log into our accounts on ZohoCRM, we can share and update the same data with one another. However, when we both log into campaigns, we cannot both access the mailing lists and email campaigns that one of us set up. Is there a setting that needs to be changed to solve this? Thanks, Max

When I try to invite my mgr to ZOHO Campaigns as a user it give an error “ this email address has already been used in some other organization, you cannot add this user” . How do I add her to my organization? Can she be a member of multiple ZOHO Campaign organizations?
Sign-Up Form Not Working
Users have reported that the sign-up form for our list is not working. In testing, when we complete the form and click submit, the form clears and nothing else happens. On some tests, there was nothing showing in the Captcha box, and clicking the refresh did nothing. I have tested this in Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer with no success.
How to remove contacts who are opening email outside of USA?
In my campaign reports, I can see a certain number of emails are being opened outside of the US. How can I generate a list of those and then add them to my do-not-mail list? I only want to deliver to customers in the US. I don't have countries for all of my contacts, so I can't sort that way. Thanks!

Adding contacts not working!
HI, I am trying to add a contact to my campaigns list with no luck! If I try Add a Contact (full version) I get a message telling me to complete the details below, but no details are highlighted! If I try adding via 'Add Multiple Contacts' I get no joy either - clicking Submit does nothing. What's going on?!
