Option to Customize Career Site URL Without “/jobs/Careers”

Dear Zoho Recruit Team,

I hope you are doing well.

We would like to request an enhancement to the Career Site URL structure in Zoho Recruit.

In the old version of the career site, our URL was simply:
👉 https://jobs.domain.com

However, after moving to the new version of the career site, the URL is automatically structured as:
👉 https://jobs.domain.com/jobs/Careers

This additional “/jobs/Careers” segment complicates our setup and is not aligned with our branding or communication needs. We would like the option to revert to the simpler, cleaner URL format (https://jobs.domain.com) as we had previously.

Use Case:

  • Maintain a consistent candidate experience by keeping the original branded URL.

  • Simplify career site sharing (e.g., in marketing campaigns, business cards, job boards, and external communications).

  • Avoid confusion for returning applicants who are familiar with the old URL.

Suggested Enhancement:

  • Provide admins with the option to customize or remove the default “/jobs/Careers” path in the Career Site URL.

  • Allow mapping directly to a subdomain (e.g., jobs.domain.com).

While we understand embedding the career site into our company’s website is a workaround, having direct control over the URL structure within Zoho Recruit would be a much more streamlined and professional solution.
