L'analyse du service client fait référence à la collecte et à l'analyse régulière des données relatives aux demandes clients. Bon à savoir

  • L'intégration n'est pas disponible sur l'édition gratuite.
  • Les utilisateurs avec les privilèges d'administrateur sont les seuls à pouvoir configurer l'intégration.
  • Vous ne pouvez associer qu'un seul compte Zoho Analytics à Zoho Desk.
  • L'administrateur qui configure cette intégration seul peut modifier ou supprimer la configuration ultérieurement. Si vous voulez changer le propriétaire de l'intégration, vous devez nous écrire à support@eu.zohodesk.com.

Configurer l'intégration de Zoho Analytics

  • Connectez vous à Zoho Desk avec les privilèges d'un administrateur.
  • Allez sur set-up >> Marketplace >> Zoho >> Zoho Analytics >> la page Advanced Analytics.

  • À partir de la page de configuration de Zoho Analytics, procédez comme suit :
    • Sélectionnez les modules et leurs champs respectifs dont vous souhaitez partager les données avec Zoho Analytics.
    • Les tickets et les contacts sont des modules nécessaires et sont donc présélectionnés.
    • Sélectionnez la fréquence de synchronisation. Vous pouvez choisir de le faire tous les jours à une heure donnée.

    • Choisissez "Aucune" pour synchroniser les données une seule fois, au moment de l'intégration.
  • Sélectionnez "Démarrer la synchronisation".
Une fois la configuration terminée, il faudra un certain temps pour que toutes les données de votre compte de service client soient transférées vers Zoho Analytics. Notez que vous ne pouvez pas modifier les paramètres tant que le transfert n'est pas terminé. Vous recevrez un email une fois le transfert terminé.

Créer des rapports

Une fois les données du service client synchronisées, vous avez accès à des rapports et tableaux de bord prédéfinis dans Zoho Analytics. Vous pouvez également créer des rapports personnalisés et les visualiser dans différents formats tels que des diagrammes à barres, des diagrammes à secteurs, etc. Le créateur de rapports par glisser-déposer vous aide à tirer rapidement l'information de vos données Zoho Desk.
 
Pour afficher ou créer des rapports et des tableaux de bord :
  • Accédez au module Analytique.
  • Cliquez sur Analytique avancée dans la partie en bas à gauche de votre écran.
  • Votre compte Zoho Analytics s'ouvrira dans un nouvel onglet du navigateur web.
