Zoho Mail

An easy way to add attachment to a CRM Lead

Do you find it time-consuming to download an attachment from an email and then upload it to Zoho CRM to be associated with a Lead? By creating an incoming filter action, you can now automatically add the Workdrive link with the attachment to a Lead in your CRM module.

Communicate better by posting emails to Cliq channels

If you want to auto-intimate your team members of an email through Zoho Cliq, we've got you covered. You can now choose to automatically notify your team via Zoho Cliq by posting the email link or just the attachments from an email to a channel that you're part of.

Now, Zoom meeting comes handy in Zoho Mail

Have you thought about adding a Zoom meeting link when you compose an email in Zoho Mail but had to navigate to a new tab to create one? Your thoughts have been heard. The Zoom extension in Zoho Mail now allows you to create Zoom meetings and share links directly from your mailbox.

Associate an email with any CRM entity

In addition to the emails that you send from Zoho CRM to any Leads or Contacts, you can also associate any email in your inbox with any entity in your CRM module and easily access them from Zoho CRM.

Two new reports under Security reports section

In Zoho Mail Admin Reports, two new reports have been added to the Security Reports section:
The administrators can use this report to view the consolidated list of suspicious login activities of users.

The administrators can use this report to view the session history i.e., the Client IP address and Session start time of any users.

Zoho Calendar

Skeptical about the state of your event email invites? Worry not!

The view events tab now lets you see where your event email invites are in terms of the delivery status. You will see the "undelivered message" status and the reason for it next to the participant if any of the invites have not yet been delivered.

Zoho Cliq

Microsoft Teams migration

If you're looking to migrate from MS Teams, we've made things easy for you. With just a click of a button in the admin panel, you can start a simplified process to migrate all your data from MS Teams to Cliq.The existing user information, DMs, channels, group chats, and thread messages from Microsoft Teams can be imported and you can continue conversations in Cliq instantly. Check this out now by exploring this video clip.

Org policy to limit/allow all users of the organization to install extensions

With the latest update to the organization policy, administrators now can restrict users from installing extensions that are not verified and available only in the Cliq marketplace. This new feature provides added security measures to prevent unverified extensions from being installed on a team's account, thus reducing the risk of privacy breaches and ensuring the safety of confidential information.

WorkDrive upload restriction

Admins now have the option to prevent users from uploading files from Zoho WorkDrive in a chat. The latest feature in the admin panel provides admins more control with the type of files users can upload, to help maintain data privacy and ensure that sensitive information is not shared inappropriately.

Zoho Connect

New option in web tabs

With the latest enhancement in web tabs, you can now add URLs of sites that don't support embedding and configure them to open in a new browser tab.

On the Task Statistics page, we've added a new tab called Member Stats, where you can find the task stats for each member in the selected board.

Integrating Microsoft Teams and Zoho Connect

We've added a new option in Zoho Connect's built-in feedback provider which you can use to screen record the issue you're facing and send it to the support team effortlessly.
