We've revised the pricing model of CRM portal user licenses

Hello everyone,

We’re making important updates to our pricing structure for portal user licenses, effective from the next payment cycle. The new slab-based pricing is as follows:


Previously, these portal user licenses were priced at $5/ user/ month.



As your portal user base expands, our revised pricing model ensures that your per-user costs decrease, making it easier and more cost-effective for you to scale.

Let's say you have a portal for your retailer network. You purchase 15,000 portal user licenses for these retailers.
  • Total cost at the previous price ($5 per license per month): $75,000
  • Total cost with the new slab-based pricing for 15,000 licenses: $26,000
  • Savings: $49,000 (65% reduction in cost per month)

In the next update, you will be able to invite 1,000 portal users for free. As you know, you can have a maximum of five portal user types in your portal. You can invite up to 1,000 portal users (for free) across these portal user types.


Previously, the first portal user type was free for 10,000 users. But you could only use it to invite customers in the Contacts module. With the new change, you now have the flexibility to invite users across any portal user type, giving you greater control over your resources.

We expect the reduced number of free invites to be balanced by improved flexibility in using those free invites across portal user types, revised pricing that reduces per-user costs as you scale, and enhanced capabilities for portal users. For example, they can now be a part of blueprints and access kiosks via custom buttons.

To ensure there is no disruption for our current customers, all users already invited under your 10,000 free user invites will continue to be free. You won't see any changes in your costs for these existing users.

Moving forward, any portal user licenses you’ve already purchased or will purchase in the future will be covered by our new, more flexible pricing model. This ensures that you only pay for the additional users you add beyond your current usage.
