CRM Portal updates: Revised pricing and support for plugin modules

Hello folks,

We have two changes with respect to portals in CRM.

Revised pricing for portal user licenses

The price of portal user licenses is now $5/user/month. This was the lowest price in the previous scheme, and now it'll be applied to all portal user license purchases.

For existing purchases, the new pricing will come into effect in the next payment cycle.

A CRM portal can have up to five user types who can be invited.

1. The Client portal user type (for Contacts) is free with 10,000 portal invites. This is available by default when you set up your portal.

2. You can add up to 4 additional user types and you'll need to purchase portal user licenses for those.

The revised pricing is for these additional portal user licenses.

Plugin modules are now supported in portals

Plugin modules are added to Zoho CRM after installing a Marketplace extension.

Previously, during portal configuration, the Related Modules section contained only standard modules and custom modules.
Now, the Related Modules section will contain plugin modules as well. This enables you to provide access to plugin module records for external users.
