Greeting from Zoho Calendar! Hope you are all doing well! We at Zoho Calendar are constantly striving to improve our Calendar to enhance your overall calendaring experience thanks to your insightful suggestions and feedback.

In the last few months, we have come up with a few enhancements and new features to make our Calendar more accessible and user-friendly. Let's check them out now.

Add notes to the admin while booking any resource

Are you unsure of how to arrange things for your meeting while booking a resource? Add all your meeting requirements like projector, notepad, pens etc, in the admin notes section while booking a resource. Learn more.

No more missing out events

Do you worry about missing your meetings often while working on other things? Don't be. Apart from email notifications, you can now enable desktop notification in your Zoho Calendar settings to receive notifications even when you are working in other tabs. Explore!

Switch your views in the embedded calendar

When you embed Zoho Calendar in your website/ blogs, you can now choose to embed the calendar with multiple views simply by checking the 'allow switching views' option. This will let you switch your views between day/ week/ work/ month in your embedded calendar. Learn more

Booking criteria for Resource Booking

As an admin, are you worried when users book the resources for a longer period solely in the anticipation of a future need, leading to a resource crunch?   You can now specify a minimum and maximum booking duration for all the resources in Resource Booking, as well as a reservation period to pre-book the resources. Learn more
